Very disorganised company. I gave them one month's notice to cancel the insurance with them. Still waiting for No Claim certificate. I had to take a bus to work today thanks to them.
I have never had any problems with any other insurances, but this one just got on my nerves.
By the way they changed the name to Horizon now. I would not suggest this company to my worst enemy to be honest

Terrible company to deal with. They are so inefficient, rude and disorganised. Their customer service is so bad that I called it a day with them, cancelled by Insurance with them and went else where. The problem I had with them was that they requested my previous no claims, I sent it to them but apparently it was not good enough! Very strange as all the other insurance companies thought it was ok! Anyway, they are useless - be warned! In this day and age you would expect that companies showed their customers respect and dealt with them politely. WILL NEVER USE AGAIN...their loss not mine. their terrible well below standard customer service will eventually catch with them - I left after one month and so will others. Your loss Ocatagon not mine

MIS INFORMED BYAGENTS
I am experiencing the following issue: i MISSED MY MONTHLY PAYMENT CALLED OCTAGON SPOKEN A AGENT WHO SAYS I HAVE UNTIL 12TH MARCH TO PAY - I ADVISED I MAY STRUGGLE TO PAY BY THIS DATE - THE AGENT ADVISED I CAN POSSIBLY CAN CALL THE FINANCE COMPANY WHO MY AGREEMENT IS WITH AND SEE IF THEY HAVE A DIFFERENT DATE OR THEY CAN SET UP A PAYMENT PLAN WITH THEM
I CALLED THE FINANCE COMPANY A FEW DAY PRIOR TO THE 12TH MARCH ON 9TH MARCH AND WAS TOLD BY THEM I HAVE UNTIL 22ND MARCH TO MAKE THE PAYMENT
I I HAVE HAD A DEATH IN THE FAMILY AND BEEN AWAY SO GOT BACK YESTERDAY WITH LETTERS FROM OCTAGON WHO HAVE ADVISED MY INSURANCE HAS BEEN CANCELLED SINCE 12TH MARCH - I CALLED THEM TODAY AND THEY HAVE ADVISED AS ADVISED IT WAS 12TH MARCH THEY CAN NOT REINSTATE AS BEEN CANCELLED - I ESCALATED THEY CAN NOT LOCATE THE CALL AND HAVE TO BELIEVE WHAT THE AGENT SAYS AND WILL NOT REINSTATE THE POLICY
I WAS MISLEAD BY THE AGENT AND BEING PUNISHED FOR THIS AND THEY WILL NOT ACCEPT MY PAYMENT TO REINSTATE POLICY - PLEASE HELP.
To action this I would like you to I NEED TO POLICY TO BE REINSTATED.

Very poor claims and customer service
Having recently reported an accident we found octagon staff did not seen to know what They were doing very un helpful and did not seem interested, arrogant we had to keep repeating everything.
The second call the following Monday the claims handler had a real bad attitude and again it was a repeat ofxwhat we had already discussed things got wirse when thecthird party repair agent did not introduce himself and wanted to remove the vehicle immediately.
We made a complaintcto the CEO and eventually had a " well pass feed back on to those concerned", something which we have heard all too often from Octagon in short if you want a truely aoalling service you know where to go
