Really bad customer service. You have to pay be yourself for the return. Bad quality and bad service! I still wait for an answer from the customer service till october. No reaction!

came across OCO GLASSES on Google while looking for TOM FORD sunglasses, i had been looking around for several weeks after seeing a pair i liked in a shop in Lincoln, Looked at the price and thought , really nice but im not paying that, i have been on holiday and looked in duty free and they were still mega priced, found OCO GLASSES and there prices were reasonable, i then noticed the banner at the top of the page offering 20% off, you could not hold me back,
Brilliant service and free next day delivery, The Elliot sunglasses were just what i was looking for and look fantastic, buy from OCO GLASSES and you wont be disappointed

I was buying a fairly expensive pair of frames and after shopping around OCO looked to have the best deal,
Asked a few questions to clarify options around lens choices, alternate frames, my prescription etc. all of which were answered very promptly - without being pushy for a sale
A slight hitch when placing the order was dealt with quickly ( in the evening) by customer service. 2 days later my glasses turned up as ordered.
Very pleased with the glasses, the price and the pleasant personal service.

Recently bought some Ray Ban glasses, found them cheaper on this site than anywhere else, add to that the first time purchase discount I was very happy. Very quick delivery as stated and a helpful email from the company about a PayPal issue was greatly received. Will use again for sure.
