I really loved my Oclean toothbrush until it became a paperweight a few months after purchase. Then I began dealing with customer no service. I really thought that they would just replace the toothbrush. How naive I was! First they wanted a video of the toothbrush doing nothing, then a picture of the toothbrush doing nothing, then the base doing nothing, then the inside of the base, etc. It became clear that I was not going to get my replacement, just another job.

I purchased the Oclean X Ultra S Sonic toothbrush less than a year ago. I am getting subpar battery life. It has been that way since day one. I thought that it might get better after using it for a while, but it has not. I wrote to their customer service and they basically told me oh well sorry for you. That toothbrush is advertised on their web site to get up to 40 days on charge. Well I also owned their Oclean X Pro and that was advertised to run up to 30 days. In used the same settings on both toothbrushes and i was able to get 30 days from the older toothbrush which is now about 2 or 3 years old and still holds a charge for 30 days. I thought that I was purchasing an upgrade to my older one and it turns out I was not. I can barley get 20 days per charge and they told me that there is a 15-20% loss allowed, but I am clearly loosing 50%. They offered to send me 2 new toothbrush heads. They are useless and do not stand behind their products so for me I am now done with Oclean. Terrible customer service!!!

I bought a travel "Ease" toothbrush for its overall size, battery life, and price. I read Oclean's product description reasonably thoroughly, but it did not mention two major things I hate about the brush: the child-size brush head and the sound. The Ease nominally brushes at 66K movements/min, which is more than high-end Sonicares and sounds like a mosquito. I hate it. Ordering was flawless, shipping was fast, but I would not have bought this toothbrush at all if Oclean's product description were clearer or more complete.

It is not convenient to adjust the button to see the brushing status. It is annoying to always reset when brushing.

Bonjour. Par où commencer? Pour commencer je viens d'une Oral-B blanche sans écran. C'était juste une brosse à dents ennuyeuse qui n'avait rien de spécial. Puis un jour j'ai découvert oClean! Depuis 2 ans j'ai le modèle X10 , qui est un modèle que j'apprécie beaucoup avec une couleur bleu excellente et un écrans avec des belles couleurs! Je prévois bientôt de passer au modèle supérieur avec l'application exetera mais pour moi c'est vraiment une bonne marque. Cependant au bout de 2 ans j'ai eu un problème de charge avec ma X10 qui refusait de charger. Elle a refusé de charger pendant plusieurs jours puis finalement elle s'est remis à charger comme par magie. J'aime beaucoup cette marque je n'achèterai que duoclean maintenant...

Merci de faire des produits de qualité, certains avis de certaines personnes manquent vraiment de réflexion et certains avis semblent être là juste pour nuire à la réputation de la marque qui est excellente selon moi.

Seul point négatif, c'est que sur les brosses à dents l'interface manque d'animation.

Je me suis personnellement fait volé mon colis par leurs partenaire de livraison. Le livreur n'est jamais venu, a signé à ma place et a mis la livraison comme validée, caméra de surveillance disponible à l'appuie et soutiens de la conciergerie .... BREF oclean s'en fou et voila un an que j'attends soit un nouveau produit soit un remboursement complet mais à chaque fois que je relance ils gèlent la procédure en disant "tant que le service de livraison ne répond pas on peut rien faire" alors qu'ils m'ont fait signer sur l'honneur que je n'avais rien reçu.

The charging base arrived quickly but the silicone cover that the toothbrush rests in was not included. Without this cover the toothbrush has to balance on the base. Why wouldn’t the cover not be included

It’s good, it’s portable and is good looking.small enough to go on any bag or purse. I feel it’s to strong even when I use the milder speed, I feel it hits too strongly on my gums, and the flow is spaced, not constant.

Ich habe sehr schlechte Erfahrungen mit Kunden Service von der Firma gemacht.
Mein Etui ist defekt gewesen und müsste ausgetauscht werden.
Die Firma hat nicht mitgemacht.
Amazon hat mir vorgeschlagen das gesamte Paket 📦 wieder zurücksenden.
Jetzt habe ich nur Probleme damit gekriegt.
Aus Lettland 🇱🇻, woher die Zahnbürste kommt wurde ich angerufen… nur verfolgt

Auch wir haben leider schlechte Erfahrungen gemacht. Die Zahnbürste ist schnell kaputt gegangen, vom Service ist leider nichts zu erwarten.

Hugely disappointed by the Oclean AirPump A10 Water Flosser! I have a full size H2O flosser which is quite big so wanted a much smaller one for travel and liked the look of this one. It did win a Red Dot Award but looks are not everything, it needs to function well. I found it pretty much useless: all three pulsing modes did not do anything other than annoy me with the noise they made - gargling with water would have been more effective - and much much cheaper! My big H2O flosser is so effective at dislodging particles stuck between the teeth whereas Oclean flosser was not. Regret wasting so much money on it. Returns of opened and used products are not accepted so I am stuck with it. Needless to say I would not recommend it.

Ho acquistato uno spazzolino Oclean x pro elite per €89,90 da una nota catena di supermercati francese, pensando di investire in un prodotto di qualità. Dopo poco tempo ha iniziato a presentare problemi e successivamente ha smesso di funzionare del tutto a neanche un mese dall'acquisto. Contattato il servizio clienti, mi è stato risposto che il prodotto risultava fuori garanzia nonostante io lo avessi acquistato da poco.
Secondo Oclean, la garanzia parte dalla data di produzione, non dalla data di acquisto — il che significa che possono venderti prodotti già "scaduti" senza alcuna tutela per il consumatore.
Trovo questo comportamento inaccettabile e poco trasparente.
Mi sono visto offrire solo uno sconto del 20% su un nuovo acquisto, invece della dovuta assistenza.
Pessima esperienza: mai più Oclean.

I was not a fan of this toothbrush. It vibrated too fast and would not slow down. Directions that came with this were minimal, so I had to search YT videos for help.

Horrible experience still I have not received my product that I purchased almonds a month a go and I contacted you by email still no answer from you and you still have my money and I have no answer from you.

This is quiet and gentle electric toothbrush, but still gets teeth clean. The small head style is what I wanted as well. It seems like brushing goes faster now.

I purchased the Oclean X10, their top-of-the-line model, expecting a premium experience. While the toothbrush itself works fine, the lack of after-sales support is shocking. The rubber holding the charging lid dried up and broke, so I sent it to their service center, only to be told they no longer carry the necessary parts for repair—just over two years after purchase.

For such an expensive product, this is unacceptable. It’s like buying a high-end smartphone and being told after three years that no spare parts are available, forcing you to buy a new one. If this were a budget model, I might understand, but for a flagship product, it’s simply bad business.

I would strongly advise against buying Oclean’s high-end toothbrushes, as their long-term durability and support are highly questionable.

Very responsive with addressing the unit that was not functioning. They provided a replacement very quickly! Great customer service experience. Thank you!
