Please don’t waster your money on this product.

Worst toothbrush worst company. Mine broke in 3 months and they offered to replace with a previous model. After many emails I finally said yes. They never did and have never responded to my emails. Their flosser also sucks and fills with mold even if you dry it out.

Jeg har nu haft 4 af dem, og også forskelle modeller af dem, og alle 4 har problemer med tænd sluk kontakten som sætter sig fast og efter kort tid kan de ikke bruges længere.

Diese Zahnbürste ist nicht zu empfehlen. Kann man gar nicht als elektrische Zahnbürste bezeichnen. Vibriert ganz, ganz wenig und das ist schon alles. Keine Rotation, absolut gar nichts. Null Reinigung. Soetwas hatte ich mit 3 Ersatzbürsten von einem anderen Hersteller für 2,95 € gekauft u. entsorgt, weil es nichts - aber gar nichts - taugt. Ich kann es nur als Abfall bezeichnen.
Loyal customer since 2020 – Reliable products and excellent support
I’ve been using Oclean toothbrushes for nearly six years now. My first Oclean X Pro Elite (purchased in June 2020) lasted a full four years before the screen showed signs of wear. This far outlasted my previous Philips Sonicare brushes. I have been using Sonicare since 2006; however, its lifespan is typically 2 years on average.
In 2024, I upgraded to the newer X Pro Elite and added an Oclean X10 for my wife. While the X Pro Elite continues to perform perfectly, the X10 recently experienced a battery issue. I reached out to their support team, and they have been fantastic—responsive, helpful, and currently arranging an upgraded replacement. Because of their product durability and top-tier customer service, I’ll definitely remain a loyal customer.
Bad experience
My experience with Oclean has been deeply disappointing, not because of a defect, but because of the company’s lack of customer care.
I purchased a toothbrush in their website based on Amazon information stating it had a pressure sensor. After opening the packaging only to verify this feature (without using the product), I discovered that the functionality was not as expected.
Oclean refused any return or alternative solution, hiding behind hygiene policies, even though the product was unused.
This experience showed me a brand that prioritizes rigid policies over customer trust and satisfaction.
I do not recommend Oclean to anyone who values transparency and responsible after-sales support.
En "panne" au bout de 2 semaines d'utilisation!
J'ai constaté avec plaisir une rapide amélioration de l'état de mes gencives mais au bout de 2 semaines il n'y a presque plus de vibrations . Pour le transport , il faut désoladiriser les deux parties mais c'est aussi difficile à enlever qu'à remettre!
J’ai acheté un hydropulseur W10
J’ai acheté un hydropulseur W10. Au bout de 4 mois seulement il est tombé en panne. J’ai donc contacté le services clients (le produit bénéficie d’une garantie de 2 ans). Deux semaines plus tard Oclean m’informe que l’hydropulseur sera remplacé… dès qu’il sera à nouveau en stock… alors qu’en parallèle il est toujours en vente sur leur site. Malgré mes relances, aucun délai n’est donné… et à ce jour l’hydropulseur n’a toujours pas été échangé…

Die Zahnbürste meiner Tochter hielt nicht mal ein Jahr. Ich kontaktierte aufgrund des Garantieanspruchs den Kundenservice und erhielt auch zunächst eine Antwort. Sie bräuchten die Rechnung und ein Video, um das Problem zu dokumentieren. Ich habe alles geschickt. Dann kam die Bitte, ihnen meine Postadresse zu schicken, da sie mir eine Ersatzzahnbürste schicken wollten. Gesagt, getan. Da dachte ich mir noch: Super Service.
Als ich aber nach Wochen keine Ersatzbürste erhielt, kontaktierte ich Oclean erneut mit der Frage, ob sie das einmal überprüfen könnten. Ergebnis: Keine Antwort. Ich schrieb dann nach ein paar Tagen noch mal eine E-Mail an den Kundenservice. Erneut: keine Antwort.
Alle guten Dinge sind drei (hier wurde ich schon deutlicher, dass ich diesen Service als Enttäuschung empfinde). Man darf raten: wieder keine Antwort.
Ich warne davor, eine Zahnbürste bei diesem Unternehmen zu kaufen. Die Qualität ist sehr schlecht: sowohl vom Produkt aber insbesondere vom Kundenservice.

Je suis malheureusement l’heureux propriétaire d’une brosse Oclean X Ultra 20. Cela aurait pu être une expérience agréable, mais voilà : d’abord, la brosse tient la charge environ une semaine (au lieu des deux mois promis 😁). J’ai contacté le service client après quelques décharges rapides, et on m’a répondu que c’était normal pendant les premières semaines d’utilisation.
Trois mois plus tard, la situation ne s’est absolument pas améliorée. Le service client m’a alors aimablement « autorisé » à envoyer la brosse en diagnostic, censé durer 14 jours (ce qui m’oblige à acheter une nouvelle brosse entre-temps). Mais ils ne travaillent qu’avec FedEx — et, fidèle à sa réputation, le livreur ne se présente tout simplement pas.
En résumé, je maudis le jour où j’ai vu leur publicité sur Instagram et décidé que j’avais besoin de cette brosse à plus de 100 €. Je recommande sincèrement d’éviter cette entreprise douteuse.

Es ist schon sehr bedenklich, das man solche Onlineverkäufe überhaupt zulässt. Aber das nur am Rande. Ich habe seit 16 Tagen diese Oclean X Pro in Benutzung. Das Reinigungsgefühl ist ersteinmal völlig in Ordnung. Für den Akku werden in der KI Beurteilung mindestens 25 Tage Laufzeit angegeben, die litauische Firma mit deutscher Website wirbt mit BIS ZU 30 Tage. Mein Gerät hat bereits nach 14 Tagen nach Strom geschrien, eine Differenz von 16 Tagen, die Werbung also völlig überzogen. Rücksendung? Fehlanzeige. Schon die Anmeldung im angelegten Account schlägt fehl. Ein neues Passwort wird angeblich gesendet, kommt jedoch nie an. Selbst in der App für diese ach so tolle Zahnbürste soll man seine Anliegen thematisiert versenden können - Fehlanzeige. Auf der Website des Anbieters, Oclean Deutschland, wird einem mach längerer Suche klar, Kosten für Rücksendung einschließlich Zollgebühren würde man selbst tragen. Außerdem wird ein original verpackter Artikel, da ja Hygiene-Artikel, verlangt. Also bleibt man damit auf der Strecke.
In seiner Gesamtheit also eine unglaubliche Frechheit. Ich nenne es Betrug.

I bought Oclean X Pro Digital. Very disappointing experience — zero customer support and extremely poor battery quality. The battery dies after just a few days or a week of use.
Definitely not worth the price.
Due rotture in meno di 6 mesi
Ho acquistato uno spazzolino oclean modello Elite (top di gamma o quasi) e dopo 1-2 mesi di utilizzo ha smesso di funzionare (non ho capito se non caricava o non andava il prodotto). Portato al supermercato dove l'ho acquistato e ricevuto un prodotto nuovo in tempi relativamente brevi considerando le ferie d'agosto di mezzo (solo per questo 2 stelle anziché una). Oggi, 28/10, il display ha smesso di funzionare (lo spazzolino va). L'ho riportato in assistenza, ma direi che la qualità e il controllo della stessa è molto basso. Io fortunatamente l'ho comprato ad un prezzo conveniente, ma questi prodotti vengono venduti a 70-80 anche oltre 100€, un prezzo folle considerandone la durata.
Aggiornamento: contattata l'assistenza ufficiale tramite mail mi hanno gentilmente inviato un altro prodotto, mentre il Carrefour voleva solo rimborsarmi il costo
Deep disappointment after years of trust — Oclean ignores customers and warranty
I’ve been using Oclean toothbrushes for the last five years and always considered them the best. I recommended them to friends, gave them as gifts to my family — the brand truly seemed reliable and trustworthy.
However, my experience with the Oclean X Ultra has been a complete disappointment. The brush, gifted to me in April, started having issues after just a few months — the battery now lasts only 5 days instead of the advertised 40, and it began switching modes on its own, as if it had phantom touches.
Since it was a gift, I don’t have a receipt, but all Oclean toothbrushes come with a two-year warranty, and the X Ultra model has been on the market for less than two years. I contacted customer support, provided photos and videos, and waited weeks for a response.
The only reply I received, on October 2, was that the brush might be in “demo mode” and that I should simply turn it off and on again. Of course, that didn’t help. I immediately responded, sent additional photos and videos, and asked what other proof they needed to confirm that the brush was faulty. Almost a month has passed since then — no reply at all.
It’s honestly shameful for a supposedly reputable brand to treat loyal customers this way and to offer such poor customer support. I can’t see how a company that ignores warranty claims can be considered trustworthy anymore.
Oclean X Ultra S Sonic toothbrush poor performance and service
The Oclean X Ultra S Sonic toothbrush is slick but that is about all it is, as well as their customer support. You can only reach them by e-mail. Responses are limited and sparse before they go awol. The overpressure setting is so sensitive that my brushing is constantly stopped unless I change the setting, which I cannot do if the brush is not synchronized. This is where things got interesting. Although the brush appears connected, it is not. Customer support repeatedly told to restart and re-pair the brush after they had unpaired it on their end (I don't understand this but it sounds absurd). It never worked.Now three months into a back and forth they offered to send me a new brush, which never happened. The fact that they say they are unable to provide me a tracking number says it all. I am thinking of a proper way to return this brush to the earth, where it belongs.

I bought a toothbrush from them in good faith in January 2025, and in July 2025 I contacted them and used all the suggestions to fix the non-working toothbrush. Then we asked to send a new one and we would return broken one. It would not charge at all! Then they asked for proof of purchase and phots...we complied. After three months of emailing back and forth with Oclean customer service, nothing has been accomplished.
Very Disappointing Products – Not Worth the Money
I purchased the Oclean X Ultra 20 Set and the Airpump A10, and unfortunately both products were a huge disappointment.
The pump is completely unusable – it’s far too hard, despite the sleek design. It caused damage to my gums, even though the description claims it provides a soft clean. That’s misleading. You can only adjust the frequency of the pumps, not the softness, which makes it impractical and uncomfortable. Complete waste of €80.
The toothbrush was the main reason I bought the set, but it turned out to be equally disappointing. I chose it for the AI features and data collection, but the tracking is highly inaccurate. For example, it often shows I’m brushing the wrong area (upper instead of lower teeth). If I pause to check my brushing status, the session ends and I can’t resume – I have to start a new cycle, making the data useless.
The travel case was also poorly designed. It was so tight that it damaged the toothbrush the very first time I used it. Now, after only four months and €150 spent, the toothbrush doesn’t work at all. Every time I try to use it, it immediately gives an “excessive force” warning and shuts down.
Overall, this was a complete waste of money. I will not purchase from Oclean again and cannot recommend this brand to anyone. Stick with trusted companies instead.

Bestellt am 19.09.2025 am 22.09.2025 als versendet markiert. dann passiert Tagelang nichts. am 25.09.2025 dann auf einmal eine E-Mail von Oclean, dass die bestellte Ware durch einen Fehler doch nicht verfügbar ist und erst wieder im November verfügbar ist. Äußerst unprofessionell

Ordered Oclean AirPump A10 Water Flosser and didn't meet my expectations. Very harsh on my gums and teeth. Bled within seconds of use. Even the smooth mode was too harsh for my teeth. I asked them regarding return and they replied the following:
In accordance with the European Union Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to:
“Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if the seal has been removed after delivery.”
So if you don't like it get ready to waste £70.
Of course if you don't like the packaging and return it unopened then of course you will get your refund.
As it very well known that we buy dental products to judge them by their look of packaging and not their work. 😁

Seemingly great design with two big…
Water Flosser: 2 big problems but Seemingly great design. a screeching noise comparable to a smoke alarm is made while it is working. Ridiculous for use a bedtime. Also it does not dislodge particles as well as a water pik . Overall, a disappointment. I am trying to get a refund and return it; we'll see how that goes.
