Excellent customer service and great price
Despite an issue with a part, I would very happily recommend Oak Furniture King and order from them again. We initially ordered an item and then changed our mind. Emailed asking if it was possible to change, and recied a call soon after from a lovely lady (Helen B I think?) who happily did this for us and took payment over the phone for the additional cost. The item was dispatched when they said it would be, and delivered when they said it would be.
Boxes were a bit battered, with a few small marks on the furtniture, but it's rattan and nothing major so we were fine with that. Unfortunately, one table leg was the wrong size. We contacted them, advising that we had wanted the table for a party in two days. Their customer service (Liz Smith) was brilliant, immediately dispatching the replacement on an overtnight delivery service. Unfortunately, the courier then had an issue and didnt deliver. Once again, the Customer Service team were amazing and made sure it was delivered the following day, even calling the courier and us on the day to make sure we got it before midday. (If you're reading this Liz Smith - THANK YOU! Various issues, none of which were your fault, but all of which you resolved brilliantly, we're very grateful)
We love our furtniture, it looks great quality, and the price was very competitive. To add to that, the customer service was 'wow factor' level. Well done to Oak Furniture King, it's refreshing to deal with such friendly, helpful people.

The product itself, a glass and polished steel coffee table, is amazing and did not disappoint, as some photographs tend to beef up their product, it sits proudly in my living room, holding pride of place. Every part of our experience with this company has been excellent, from the fine quality of the furniture to the very fast delivery. The test of good customer service is often the attitude of staff & the action taken when things go wrong. When one of our items arrived damaged there was swift & apologetic communication, & very quickly the item was replaced. Oslo Oak Dining Table
Good experience of ordering from Oak Furniture King for the first time. Kept informed of progress of order and the delivery was great. The delivery men brought the table into the kitchen, helped us to unpack it and took a photo of the table. However, we have noticed a couple of marks on the table top, so it’s not 100 per cent perfect, but as it’s our kitchen table, we’ve accepted the marks, as no doubt it will acquire a few more in its lifetime. The overall quality of the table is great, good solid oak.

Was looking for a particular size and…
Was looking for a particular size and style of an oak dining table and thought this company offered just what we wanted at a decent price. Free delivery to your door and delivery in less than a week swung it for me. Table arrived by courier on a pallet and we had to attach the kegs, which was straightforward. Good communication about our order’s progress and delighted with our table which is really solid and looks great.

Unfortunately, like many others we use external carriers and are at the mercy of them arranging and completing deliveries, in this instance the additional charge is because the postcode area you live in is one that the carriers would consider a remote area, we have no control over their delivery parameters.
We do make our customers aware of this possibility on our website and it is stated within the delivery information section of the website that if you are unsure of whether or not we can deliver to your area please contact our customer service team before placing your order online.
