Unfortunately shoes were wrong size. Completely different support and sole than advertised. I tried to email them, but address declined. These shoes cost over $100. Expected better.

I don't trust this company at all & urge others not to. The email address is co.nz suggesting it's a NZ company & it's apparently registered in Rumania. I ordered 2 pairs of shoes & when they arrived one was the wrong size, one the wrong colour & neither looked a lot like the advertised pics.

I made 4 attempts to start a refund process using both the info & refund email addresses. I received no reply whatsoever so feel completely scammed.

Like others - one star is too much. Jumpsuit with nothing but the neck opening to get into. Shoes too big. First email for refund has bounced. Wish I had checked here before ordering. Might have paid for the story rather than any goods I can use :(

One star is far too much for this incompetent company…. I have requested a refund for my purchase multiple times and have not received a response, reply absolutely nothing…. Do not use this company, it is disgraceful.

The footwear we received (Mila Support Orthopedic Mule) is of poor quality and completely misleading compared to the photos and description advertised.
On their website, they state returns within 30 days, however if customer service can not be contacted how is this possible? I would not recommend buying anything from this company.

I ordered "wool" cardigan, and a temu quality cardigan arrived, I'm disgusted that I've repeatedly emailed and have had no reply whatsoever. No communication, no refund, they are a scam. They're based in Romania not NZ, they don't care.

What we ordered and what we received were completely different. Quality very poor for what I paid and marks on the shoes - would say second hand at best or thrift shop goods. Have tried to make contact several times and nothing. They need to be removed from NZ referencing as this is very deceiving.

Purchased “quality” orthopaedic sandals half price for $64. They arrived in a plain plastic bag with no other packaging from China. VERY POOR quality and very cheap looking. The upper lining on the sole peeled within 2 hours of wearing them. I will NEVER buy from here again and wish I hadn’t been gullible enough to even look at this website let alone buy anything.

The product was not as advertised. The sandals were advertised as premium leather and they are not. I want to return them but my emails keep bouncing back

Such a classy blouse! The fabric feels super soft and hangs beautifully. I’ve worn it tucked into jeans and also with a skirt for work. it works both ways.

For the price I paid, the shoes are decent, I got size 7 for the Sunlite Slip-on orho shoes for women

Got the knit polo and smart chinos for casual Fridays. Size L was consistent across both pieces and the polo breathes well. Washed once and it still looks sharp.
