Smaller coach on the return (not enough room for everyone)
On the way there the coach was phenomenal and the kids really enjoyed their experience. Unfortunately on the way back, we were given a smaller coach which couldn't fit everybody on and so 2 of our leaders had to go via public transport on a 3 hour journey home.

Bad Smell from Coach Bathroom
We used two coaches to leave from and get back to London. The drivers on both journeys were very kind and helpful. However, there was an awful smell from the coach bathroom on the way back to London and it made the journey unbearable.

Trust This Company To Deliver
Scheduling our coach for hire was easy. Our driver arrived a full 30 minutes early, he helped load our luggage, the coach was clean, and the ride was comfortable. We arrived at our destination right on schedule. Trust this company!

Wrongly accussed of leaving the coach…
Wrongly accussed of leaving the coach in a state, and faced a cleaning charge of £250, once investigated, was proven they made the mistake. Company is not worth the stress and worry about being wrongly accussed. I had used them for a few years, but no longer going to use their services, the stress of planning schools trips is bad enough, without being wrongly accussed of leaving the coach in a state!

What an amazing experience Most Luxurious Coaches
What an amazing experience and the world's most Friendliest Bus Drivers Clark's and Stewart Mercedes Benz Bus. Top of the line Coaches. I highly recommend if your Going to London and need a charter. From start to finish they was amazing and caring and give you top customer experience. The transport from London Heathrow to Dover Carnival Cruise Terminal was smooth and perfect as well as the return. They are 10 star if can rate them that high. I will definitely be calling upon them in the future.

great day out
The coach turned up on time Patrick the driver was very friendly and helpful keeping us updated on route changes due to sat- nav and revised eta he loaded buggies in luggage locker and also did a check on board when we arrived back home to ensure no one had left anything behind

Great Customer Service!
The customer service I received from Pauline was impeccable and very thoughtful. I cannot fault Pauline in her service as I'll admit, I had a few last minute changes!
The reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 was because our coach driver didn't realise he was doing a shuttle and our students ended up being late by almost an hour to their event - this had a domino effect to our students at our event who were also not too pleased.
The drivers themselves were lovely, unfortunately it was the fact that they did not communicate properly regarding the shuttle that let them down. I'll still use National Express again!
