School Ski Trip to Austria - Jamie & Frank…
School Ski Trip to Austria - Jamie & Frank were great, it was a pleasure having them drive our school trip to and from Austria. They were both friendly, chatty and great with the students, providing music on journeys back from evenings out, happy to drive us onnour evening activities and generally being nice people.
We all felt safe with their driving skills, especially on the winding mountain roads!!

School Trip to Paris
Steve is a great driver, reliable and very friendly and accommodating to requests and sometimes last minute changes. It was a pleasure to be driven by him for the week. The coach was clean, comfortable and spacious. I would certainly book my trips with National Express again.

Fantastic driver - Jamie A
Jamie was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. He went above and beyond in the care for our group, from speaking to students about potential careers, to catering to their music tastes. His professionalism, and genuine kind hearted nature made for a smooth and enjoyable journey across the weekend with him. I cannot recommend him enough, a great professional and person.

Great outward journey
The driver on out outward journey was excellent and could not have been more helpful, our return driver did not help to load or unload the coach and did not even get out of her seat to check that the coach was empty. She was only interested in the convenience for her to get back to the main roads.

Excellent driver: Carl
We had a coach to take our children to the young voices event. The driver Carl was absolutely brilliant, his communication was excellent, enabling us to know exactly where to meet him upon pick up in a very heavily congested location. Furthermore, Carl clearly gets great satisfaction from his job and was an absolute pleasure to travel with; he is a credit to your company. The coach company we thought we had…
The coach company we thought we had hired turned out to be a different company and both coaches were 35 plus minutes late leaving 90 passengers, the majority of which were very young primary school children stranded.

School trip to Germany
Just back from our school trip (45 children, 5 members of staff) to Aachen and Köln from Norfolk. Our driver Steve was absolutely fantastic! He was loved by the children and staff alike, we felt safe and supported: Would whole heartedly recommend him! Thank you Steve!

Coach to Festive Activity
The coach arrived at the first pick-up point ahead of the allotted time, even though it had had to travel down from London to Medway at rush-hour time. The driver was very pleasant and courteous and, despite the sat-nav directing him to take a turning which didn't exist into our venue, managed to eventually drop us off safely. He then waited for us to finish our festivities before we re-boarded for a pleasant trip home.
