Found NW Floors online whilst looking for firm fit flooring, we have it in other areas of our house, there prices are fantastic and communication was first class. Our local supplier could not get anywhere near the price we paid saving us literally hundreds of pounds, many thanks NW Flooring.

Really helpful owner who advised us on design & pros/cons of the floors. Flexible assistance eg we needed some extra beading which we picked up with only a day notice. Friendly.

My requirements for flooring were herringbone parquet, 100% waterproof, to resemble oak and not be too expensive. I found what I needed in Capital HydroLoc Desert Oak Golden Herringbone Click Vinyl Flooring and it looks great.

The floor is fantastic - really impressed with it, and especially for the price. Delivery was quick and easy and came really nicely packaged. It was secured to a pallet so no chance of the floor bending etc.

We found the flooring we wanted locally but then saw it in the sale at North West Floors. We were a little apprehensive about buying on line but the service was excellent from ordering, being kept informed on despatch and delivery by emails. Flooring now laid by my DIY hubby, job a good one. Will certainly use again and recommend.

Apart from the fact a can of glue exploded everywhere in my toilet all over my cupboards, toilet, and radiator even my wooden floor in hall!!! I had screening debris on my front mat, I give the fitter his due he thought he had cleaned my toilet but it was all over my cupboard and floor, our feet were sticking to the new flooring. My husband had to clean everywhere with turps! Very disappointed

5 star service from the start and 5 star product at the finish - we are simply over the moon with our new carpets and bathroom flooring. The service from Alex and his team in unbeatable. Excellent value, luxurious quality but still a robust product that has already been tested by our small children.
We will be returning in the new year to get new floors for our downstairs area.
