The Natural Wood Company uk ltd Recenzje

Beautiful piece of workmanship. Big enough to stop our French door swinging further open or slamming shut.

One star deleted as delayed delivery

I ordered the tea, coffee and sugar set and a personalised jar. They were packaged really well so all the glass jars were secure and all the packaging was recyclable cardboard. My items were posted really quickly by courier and was with me sooner than I expected (I think I ordered them late on the Monday and they were delivered on Wednesday). Also the communication about posting was excellent. The jar themselves look and are finished beautifully. A real quality product. I will be back for more in the future!

Absolutely amazing product it looks awesome plus great postage and packaging

Ordered the small Tea, Coffee & sugar jars. They are lovely, well made and look great in my new kitchen. The size is just perfect and they stack on top of each other if that’s how you want to store them. Fast delivery and very well packaged so no chance of breaking. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a touch of class in your kitchen.

Beautifully crafted doorstop. Perfect size.

The ordering process was efficient and easy. The item arrived within a few days. It is an engraved wooden heart for an anniversary present. It is beautiful and different and very reasonably priced. I am extremely happy with my purchase and will use this company again.

Delivery was so quick and the bookmark is lovely. It is a gift, The recipient loved it.
Thank you

Excellent quality, beautiful gift.

The oak bookmarks were delivered quickly and they were lovely. Are for 80th birthdays....apparently oak represents age and wisdom.

The dispatch was excellent but I find using DHL frustrating. It had to be signed for, there’s no timescales given for delivery and I missed the delivery. DHL say they will try to deliver again the next day but still waiting. I appreciate it’s not your fault but I just dread any deliveries from DHL for this reason…

Fantastic products, very well made.

Responsiveness was amazing even during out of normal working hours. We selected personalisation and went with what was offered - better than we had thought ourselves. Delivery was fine and packaging was excellent. We are delighted with our purchase.
