The Natural Wood Company uk ltd Recenzje

Product is lovely but I was expecting it to arrive just before Christmas, and instead, with no communication from them despite leaving a phone message, it arrived 3rd week of Jan. I did manage to get hold of them the day before it arrived, and they seemed very nice, but if they had reached out to me it would have saved a lot of stress.

Beautiful baubles. Quick delivery too and really well packed. V happy indeed. Roll on next Christmas. :)

My order was later than expected but when I contacted the company they did their best to sort out delivery. My order arrived in time for Christmas.
The product was excellent

The fantastic customer service. I loved the baubles but one was broken 😠 n arrival and I wasn’t sure about part of the order. Emailed the company about 4pm one afternoon and immediately got a phone call and everything was clarified and I received a new bauble at 11am the following day. Very impressive.

A UK based company making the most beautiful alternative Christmas Tree. I absolutely love my new tree, so much so I will probably buy another one each year for my dining room.

Well made, exactly as described.
Very easy to assemble. Looks great.

Very lovely tree, promptly delivered.

These trees are simply fabulous! Every home should have one although I now have two.
Thank you.

Product is excellent and arrived quickly and well packaged. We are really delighted with this funky wooden Christmas tree and anticipate years of pleasure from it. It will probably become a family heirloom!

Came when promised.
Easy to assemble.
Wood beautifully finished.
Looks great.

My mum was searching for a perfect gift for my sister and after hours of searching found your web site and a wonderful heirloom for her … brilliant service and even nicer in the flesh
Thank you
Sandra

Easy to order, quick delivery & love the tree!

Beautiful tree, exceptionally packed and quickly delivered.

Great product (Patio Doorstop) and has had admiring comments, very very pleased with it. Only comment I have was on lack of communication on delay to delivery, the reason was understandable, but I had to chase for an update (for reference, delivered on 03/11). Would use them again though.

Prompt delivery and nicely packaged. Bought as a gift so I haven’t assembled it but did sneak a peek and it looks a well made quality item.
I’m confident the recipient will love it !

Nicely made, easy to assemble, very adjustable. Stores in calico bag.
Have not yet tried hanging ornaments but pleased with this tree which I expect to use for many years.
Would prefer if the trunk screwed into the bar rather than slotting, but that's a minor point.

Easy to order and arrived quickly. It’s beautifully packed in its cotton storage bags and will obviously be easy to store during the year as it packs up so neatly. It is a beautiful product, looks elegant without adornment and can be shaped to suit. The wood is lovely and well finished. I would definitely recommend the tree.

I bought a door stop, it is a lovely piece of wood. I made a mistake with my measurements. NWC arranged for it to be collected, quickly rectified my mistake, and returned it, I was happy to cover the postage as it was my mistake

We have a deep drop between the patio door and the patio . I was searching all over for a door stop that would fit out door to no avail. I then came across the natural wood company which make custom fit doorstops suitable for our French doors . I contacted Steve confused as to what measurements to submit for our specific door and he couldn’t have been more helpful. I submitted my order confident that I would be buying a doorstop that would fit . Like others have mentioned there has been a slight delay in receiving my order but having read the reasons why on other reviews I totally understand. It would have been useful to have been advised of the delay especially as I was concerned that my order had got lost somewhere but I understand why . We have received the doorstop now and it fits perfectly! We are thrilled that we no longer have to use plant pots to prop our patio door open . Thank you Steve ! Would highly recommend.
