The Natural Wood Company uk ltd Recenzje

I appreciated that I could speak to a real person and talk my request through in detail before placing my online order. The advice was competent, friendly and patient.
The final product arrived just as discussed and agreed and in time. The door stopper is lovely and a unique, solid piece with a nice, deep engraving. Very happy.

Well presented quality item. Arrived as stated.

The company was absolutely amazing and helped with anything I could ask of them

After an issue with the delivery company (completely out of The Natural Wood Company’s control), the team went above and beyond to deliver our wooden Christmas tree before Christmas. We love it! It’s beautiful and just a little bit different :)

We’re delighted with our carving board - beautifully crafted. Also very impressed that when I called to ask about delivery time that I spoke to the man making the board.

Really like the Christmas tree. Bought the 1ft tree.

Fast efficient service. Ordered late but arrived in time for Christmas.

We recently bought a wooden Christmas tree and some customised wooden pizza plates, and are absolutley delighted with both, Beautiful quality, and arrived carefully packaged.
Happy camper!

Amazing products and really kind and efficient company.

Quality and beautiful product at a very reasonable price. Delivery came within the estimated time frame given when I ordered. If you’re giving it as a gift it is definitely worth getting the gift box.

Wonderful Christmas tree. Great quality and easy to build. It looks fantastic.

Service and quality of product

Wanted to buy a wooden Christmas tree and enquired about the custom option to get a size that fit out space just right. Had a friendly and quick response from the web chat and shortly after I placed my order. Was good communication from them and when the tree eventually arrived it was well packaged and beautifully made! You can tell a lot of care went into the product!

Excellent speedy service and lovely products

Perfect alternative for a small space. Absolutely love my 2ft oak Christmas tree. I’ve been on the hunt for something like this for years and so pleased I finally found exactly what I envisaged. Beautifully finished and cleverly packed it may stay out all year round as it’s too nice to hide away for 48 weeks of the year. Excellent customer service. Will definitely recommend and if I ever go big will seriously consider one of these. Worth every penny. Real Christmas trees deserve to stay outside where they will flourish and last for longer.

Very happy with the purchase it’s and investment for many years to come love everything about it

Very quick response to 'chat' enquiry. Custom made tree without any fuss. Tree delivered on time and is stunning. Had a dummy run putting it up - very easy with no hassle unlike traditional tree. Can't wait to decorate it and show it off.

i placed my order in july after speaking to Steve, who was very helpful. since then things have changed, i know they were having staffing issues, it is nearly 4 months and i haven't received my item, i have e mailed and left messages on the answer machine, no one has got back to me, 10 days ago i had a E mail from DHL to say the had notification of my order, still no order, so i don't if they have picked it up and lost it or my order is not ready. just to be kept up dated would be very helpful if there is a problem. it is a shame because i have ordered from them before and the service and the quality of the work is excellent

Quality item which was delivered speedily.
