Great scarf, but damaged packaging.

Nura scarves are great. But the condition in which the package is delivered is terrible (delivered by fastway).

My package was mishandled and damaged (had holes in) and was not in a condition to be given as a gift.

Amazing product and service

Besides the wonderful, quality product, I absolutely love the packaging and appreciate so much, the thoughtfulness behind it; making every purchase feel like a gift. Also, turnaround time on shipping is super quick and efficient.

Hi I love the neat Sewing

Hi I love the neat Sewing, product is good.
I just wish That The Packaging was not so Dusty and Dirty. And that the Delivery company was more efficient and user friendly, otherwise I think all is good. 🥰

Extremely happy with my product however…courier services

Extremely happy with my product however I have to let you know about my courier experience. I had no notification whatsoever that my Nura package arrived, had I not arrived the second I did... the package would have been completely lost as there were boxes leaving my house. Extremely disappointed at the courier services. Eventhough everybody was on the lookout for this, a notification of a parcel being delivered is off essence, other than that extremely happy with my scarves... Shukran.

User friendly site

User friendly site, easy to navigate. Excellently captured pictures depicting proper colours, shades etc. Prompting instructions along the way are clear and helpful. Overall, extremely satisfied.

Happy with scarves

I love the packaging and 3day turnaround time. Good quality.
However, the biscuit underscarf was small even for a small head as mine. The underscarf fits my 13year daughter who is petite as well. It would also be nice if scarves advertised could be worn by someone in order to show how they would look/drape and colour displayed on different complexions. It will then be easier to decide on colours and matching when ordering and to possibly prevent returns.
