When I reached out to Denon ....I don't recommend Denon support - They purchased Nura and yet when I asked for assistance as I was getting no response from the Nura website on an order for replacement cables I had paid for but not received - I assumed they would at least make an effort to get me assistance for a company they own - this is the response I got - no help at all
"Thank you for reaching out. Unfortunately, we don't support Nura products, and we have no access to track or check your order. The support group for Denon and Nura is separate. Also, we don't have any way to reach out to them."
Worst customer service on the planet
Worst customer service on the planet. When the product was sold to me it was never advertised to be subscription based service. Rent to own would be a reasonable experience but this false advertising lead me into an indefinite subscription which I will never own the device with. Not only that false advertising, their customer service is terrible. They will NOT consider the false advertising which lead to me signing up at all; but they will happily take my money cotinually.
They don’t follow through
I left a one star rating review on July 19 stating that an order was placed on June 8 order number 26674. Due to Nura beam not responding to any emails that was sent for two weeks because we were trying to follow up on the delivery item stating it was delivered but we had never received. Nura Beam NEVER responded to any of our emails. and then the day that I left the 1 star review on July 19 they immediately responded. I have a copy of their response and I am not able to paste it here in this review for some reason. Although it showed the item was delivered it was not delivered. We proved it to nura beam by sending the footage on my ring app that there was not a delivery at all so they were willing to refund the $499. charge for the product. Although we know nura beam is not responsible for delivey they were willing to reimburse the $499 for the item since we proved by the ring app it was not delivered. The representative emailed right away once they saw the negative review and said they would be willing to reverse the $499 charge and asked for me to remove the one star review because they were willing to make it right and did not want the 1 star rating as it would reflect negative on the representatives work performance. So I removed the review and we still have not received the $499 refund in good faith they would send the refund. They said it would take 10 to 14 days and today is the 15th business day and the refund has not been received. This is why I am now giving them a one star review and will not remove it because they did not follow through with what they promised. We have been emailing following up on the refund and they still are not returning or responding to any emails. Therefore, this one star rating is being given again so disappointed in their customer communication horrible service.

I like many others thought the idea of nuraphone was great and hearing good things about the sound design. BOY, I wish I didn’t ever buy these.
First of all, you RENT them, NOT buy? I had them for around 3-5 months around 4 years ago. Didn’t like them, cancelled my subscription and sent them back. Nuraphone have emailed countless times asking for money 3 years later and I disputed this and they stopped. A year later, they have started to take money again even after I sent the product back 3 years ago and cancelled the subscription??? Iv not had a paid go to you in years. DO NOT TAKE OUT THIS PRODUCT

One of the worst companies I have ever dealt with a total scam and I deeply regret ever signing up to Nuranow. Stay clear away from them.
You can not get hold of anyone to speak to no phone number or email just a form you fill out on their website, and after three years when you want to cancel and return the headphones they give you impossible conditions to fulfil.
1.If you return the headphones there must be no cosmetic damage to the Nuraphone, case or cables received with your order,
After using a product for three years how on earth would that be possible?
2. After charging £13 a month for 3 years they want me to Pay another £140 to buy the headphones and then they can release me from the contract which totals £608 or they will keep charging me monthly for the headphones.

I had these headphones for about 3 years - absolute waste of money - customer service is useless, headphones are useless (only found this out when I borrowed my friends Sony & Apple headphones), payment, method plan is useless - you don't get to keep the headphones at the end of the plan. Do yourself a favour and steer clear from Nura.

The worst customer service I ever experienced. I’m convinced that Nura deliberately only has one way of contacting them, via the web form. No phone numbers, no social media, which would probably blow up with bad reviews. I’ve had my earphones for a while, but now they’ve started crackling to the point of being unusable. They’re still under warrantee, but guess what, you can’t get a timely response from anyone at Nura. When someone eventually replies it’s all bog standard copy paste about things to try and to switch off. This is the second pair to go bust in our household. JUST DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS PRODUCT!

Impressively appalling customer service
Superb products as long as they work! If they break, customer service is truly appalling! So, in full, ordered the Nuraphones, out of stock for 8 weeks but they still charged me the 1st and second monthly fee as I was paying monthly! No response to either email complaining about this! Finally got the headphones, superb quality for about 6 months. Then they became faulty and packed up! 6 emails in 8 weeks and not a single response! But yes they are still trying to charge me! Finally had enough, cancelled the subscription, booked them in with Royal Mail, entered the tracking into their website and sent them back! That was 6 weeks ago and they are still trying to charge me, ignoring emails and then guess what turned up yesterday morning?
Yup, the headphones! Packaging had been opened as the tape was different but no reason, no note, nothing!! Then this morning…. They tried to take there subscription again!
My advice… don’t go near these cowboys!! And Nura, if you are reading this… how about an actual response?

The sound quality is not at all worth the price it ends up costing. I had to get mine replaced 4 or 5 times in the first 5 months. What a horrible product and service.
To this date I still cannot seem to cancel! They are charging me a fortune every month. I have emailed them dozens of times. No reply. Calling them is not even worth trying. Its impossible to get through to them.
£40.00 to replace faulty goods
I upgraded to the Denon Perl earpods and was initially happy with the quality. But one of the pods split and stopped working. They won't replace the product unless I pay £40.00 I'm sure this isn't legal if the is a fault with the product. I also still have an old pair of nuratrue and these are now broken, the silver strips just come off, after a while. I now wish I had not bothered with this company. They also take forever to respond to emails.
Nura - One of the Greatest Brands Ever
Nura site was always easy to use and their products, in my opinion, are the best value by far. Truly great sound quality, for anyone, that easily rivals any other earphones touted as being the highest quality. And yet available at more than fair prices. Yes, you have to trust that their tuning app will work properly, and I say that it does, perfectly.
Nuratrue Pro's are still available branded as Dell Perl Pro, and they are worth every penny. I am sad that the other products from Nura are no longer available. My overall favorite was the Nuraloop, which I found to be the most convenient to use at work everyday, but still had outstanding sound. I'm hoping a similar product will eventually be offered with upgraded features and performance, at hopefully a lower price than the Denon Perl Pro.

The best headphones I've ever had
I currently have two headphones Audio Technica and Nura. Out of these too I have to say that I'm more satisfied with Nura. I have never felt like I'm in the middle of the band or orchestra like this before. The sound quality is great and the spectrum and positioning of where every sound channel comes from is even better.
