Ich habe bei Nudie Jeans bestellt und wollte die Ware in einem Laden in meiner Nähe zurückgeben. Auf der Website wirkt es so, als sei das problemlos in den vielen aufgeführten „Repair Shops“ möglich. Tatsächlich geht das aber nicht – Rückgaben sind nur in eigenen Stores möglich, nicht in Partnershops.
Dadurch fühlte ich mich in die Irre geführt. Zusätzlich verlangt Nudie Jeans 9 € Rücksendekosten pro Bestellung (bei mir wären es 18 € gewesen), was im Vergleich zu den realen Versandkosten überzogen erscheint.
Eigentlich wollte ich ein Teil behalten, aber durch diese intransparente und kundenunfreundliche Rückgabepraxis habe ich alles zurückgeschickt und werde dort nicht mehr bestellen.

Purchased three pairs of jeans and am waiting for them still a week later. When calling up UPS it turns out they didn't include the correct export documents so they shipment is being returned to them. Tried calling them to as for a refund - no one answers, not even an answering machine. I'm not sure when I'll get my money back but I don't have high hopes it'll be any time soon. Atrocious service and will spend my money elsewhere in the future. Shame as I actually like the jeans.

Ich habe eine Jeans in 31/32 bei Nudie Jeans bestellt, die Größe die ich bekommen habe, war ca. 1-2 nummern kleiner, obwohl ich schon mehrere habe. Ich musste diese Jeans nach Schweden auf meine kosten zurücksenden und bekam eben diese Antwort:

I hope you're well!
We received your return back at our warehouse, but unfortunately, the tags were removed and the jeans are not in a re-sellable condition. The jeans have been used and washed.
The item needs to be sellable when they are sent back as a return. We're very sorry about this, but we clearly state that all returns need to be sent back in their original condition with all tags still attached and without any wear marks.
What we can do is send them back to you.

Great jeans poor service
The jeans are great, after a while the denim really softens making them more comfortable, the reason for 3 stars is because when I had them altered in-store, the salesperson taking measurements asked me to remove shoes and now my jeans feel short and rarely wear them, told them about it and wanted nothing to do with it . So if you're going to have them altered do it elsewhere otherwise you're wasting money

I purchased a pair of Nudie lab 35 Tuff Tony these jeans were unique to Nudie and cost £270 I have worn the jeans twice and the top button has broken off. I contacted the Soho store in London who are very helpful and advise me to contact customer service via email.
I have sent five emails and four days later received a response and their response was they have been ‘mega busy in the office’ I explained my situation and I received a response from a chap called Joel I responded to his email and yet again I have been totally ignored
I have been loyal to Nudie jeans for the best part of 15 years. And this is how I am treated. They were very happy to take my money but their after-care service is appalling.
I have no idea where I stand and I have made a sensible suggestion to resolve this which isn’t my job to do!
I have sent another email to Joel asking him to please sort this problem out.
No doubt I will have to wait another 4 days to get a response.
If I had been treated a little bit more fairly as in if they had a responded to me, I would’ve probably just gone away and sorted the problem out myself. But I’m so frustrated and frankly annoyed with the way that I’ve been treated. The Online service is appalling and I really hope the CEO

Bought the Tuff tony pants in black
Bought the Tuff tony pants in black. Had to send back and size up as the size was off, then after owning for a month or two they started shrinking. Not sure why they aren't pre-shrunk, or this point advertised more. In the details it says they may shrink up to 5%, but they definitely feel like they've shrunk more than this. Shame because the quality is amazing, fit was great when I first got them.

Hopefully I won’t need their free repair service anytime soon but if I do I will report back.

Liars - no free repairs
They advertise as free repairs, yet have no repair shops in the country they sell in. You can't send in the post for repair and they see it as bad for the environment. BS. It will cost the earth more to make another pair instead of fixing my pair by post. Do not support companies that lie .. FY Nudie

Koop geen broek van Nudie als je hem ook echt wil dragen.. Na twee maanden dragen was de achterkant van de broek al zo versleten dat hij gerepareerd moest worden. ‘Gelukkig’ biedt Nudie een gratis reparatieservice aan. Bij afleveren werd gemeld dat dat 4 (!) weken zou duren. Na zes weken echter nog geen bericht (en geen reactie op email) en wordt na bellen gemeldt dat het nóg twee weken duurt.

Great fit but poor quality denim. The free repairs is just bait to get you spend so much for this por or mediocre jeans. What should be a 5 minute repair takes a month, just a ploy to sell their payed repair service. Such an expensive pair of jeans should not need any repairs in 6 months in the first place.

Je ne comprends pas la description des Jeans, une fois en main les jeans soit disant regular et à la coupe plus ample sont beaucoup trop serrés alors que je suis déjà très mince. Aucun pb au niveau du bassin, mais au niveau des jambes le côté regular et ample n'est absolument pas existant sauf sur des anorexiques.
24 euros de frais postaux en tout car j'ai essayé deux fois coupe large et encore plus large rien n'y fait. je me demande comment sont leurs jeans qui sont soit disant pas large du coup ...
Vraiment nudie svp revoyez vos descriptions, nous avons tous les deux perdu et du temps et de l'argent

Worn Nudie for over 10 years and normally are excellent, bought a raw denim selvage ‘gritty Jackson’ in my normal 34/32 , fit is terrible and denim quality is so thin , unfortunately I pulled tags off when trying them on so can’t return , never will buy Nudie again and I’ve got over ten pairs of

Ich bin immer auf der Suche nach fairer und nachhaltiger Mode, um das Wohl von Mensch und Planet zu schützen. Da mir der Fit und Style von Nudie gefallen hat, habe ich mir vergangenes Jahr 2024 eine Hose für über 100 Euro zugelegt. Ich war super begeistert und habe mir im Mai direkt ein zweites Exemplar gekauft.
Nach nun einem Jahr bzw. einem knappen Jahr neigt sich die eine Hose schon dem Ende seiner Lebzeit zu. Bislang ist dies meine qualitativ miserabelste Jeans, die ich je hatte. Sie franst an Stellen aus, die weder Kontakt zum Boden (Hosenenden) noch zu einem Gürtel (Bund) haben, das Emblem ist ab, sie ist hinten bereits gerissen.
Da Nudie ja mit einem Reperaturservice arbeitet; habe ich diesen in Anspruch genommen und finde das Ergebnis auch echt schlecht. Die Stelle wurde aufgerieben und von innen ein Aufnäher aufgebügelt. Es sieht wirklich fürchterlich aus.
Auch die zweite Hose beginnt langsam sich aufzulösen. Dabei halte ich mich penibel an alle Waschanweisungen und wasche die Jeans nicht oft.
Fazit: mich hat Nudie definitiv als Kundin verloren, sehr schade. Mit Nachhaltigkeit hat dies überhaupt nichts zu tun; wenn meine Hose nach einem Jahr so aussieht… da frage ich mich, wo die Qualität für den Preis bleibt.
Poor customer service
Returned jeans in the same condition as received, yet was falsely accused of significant wear. Had the item for only a week and only tried them on. Customer service, especially Mike, was unprofessional and dismissive. Very disappointing experience.

I bought two pairs of Nudie jeans in January, but only one pair arrived. The invoice in the parcel listed both pairs. I contacted Nudie customer service, requesting either a refund or delivery of the missing pair.
I was shocked by the response from someone named Mike. He referenced the parcel's weight, which was higher than that of just one pair of jeans, and curtly claimed that I received both pairs and would not be refunded or sent a replacement. It felt like they were accusing me of lying.
I then called a Nudie store in the UK, and they advised me to contact Sweden directly. They also reached out on my behalf. I sent another email, more firmly requesting a refund. The reply was even ruder, stating that the decision was final, and suggesting I request a chargeback from my bank.
I felt insulted by this response. Later, Mike emailed again, acknowledging the issue with his previous message and offering me a voucher for the value of the jeans, likely realizing he'd overstepped. I accepted the voucher just to end the ordeal.
This went on until the end of February. It was a very unpleasant experience, and because of it, I won’t be using Nudie again.
Great durability in production, but not real life
Great durability in production, not in jeans unfortunately. I bought expensive selvage jeans 9<250-300 euros), they got holes within 3-6 months. Very very very big disappointment.
Customer service replaced 1 pair 1 time, but after 6 months same I got the same issues. They can repair, but this is not possible in the seating area....
They say that they never have issues with quality or complaints, but reading the reviews here tells another story...

Been buying Nudie jeans for over 10…
Been buying Nudie jeans for over 10 years and always loved them because the quality and fit was consistently good. In the last couple of years though the quality has dropped a lot. I bought two pairs about a year ago which were longer than they should have been according to their size guide but decided to sort that myself. Since ordering another pair in December 2024, I was sent two pairs which were not the right size. The customer service attitude was absolutely appalling. I had to provide photos of the measurements to convince them they were wrong and even with photographic proof their customer service guy - Joel - continues to claim they are the right size because someone told him they were, even though he had no proof of that. Unbelievably arrogant when the proof was provided. I finally got a pair which were the correct size according to their measurements nearly 7 weeks after my initial order only for the top button to fall off on the second wear. No offer to repair them, no gesture of goodwill even suggested to reflect the problems I’d had getting on pair of jeans, just return for a refund and another shrug of the shoulders from Joel. Something has clearly changed with the quality of their jeans and if they don’t fix their customer service ethos they will lose lots more customers as the market is getting more competitive. They absolutely don’t care about their customers so only thing you can do is stop buying. I won’t be buying them again.
