NTW refusing to payout my withdrawals and have now removed customer support chat from website

Scammers, can’t get my $16000 more than 4 months now.

Was pretty nervous opening my first live account and had loads of questions during the process. The onboarding team was patient and never made me feel like I was wasting their time. Account verification took less than a day which I genuinely wasn't expecting. MT5 was new to me but I got up and running quickly. Made my first deposit, first trade and first small withdrawal all without a problem. Good start.

So far, so good. I've been using NTW Markets for a few months and everything's worked as expected. Money in and out has been hassle-free, and the platform is easy to follow. A few extra performance details would be great, but no real complaints from me.

I run a small fund managing capital for a handful of private clients, and I've had NTW Markets as one of my prime execution venues for the past year. The key things for me are execution quality and account segregation — both tick the boxes here. Slippage on larger clip sizes is minimal compared to some of the other brokers I use. Onboarding for the managed accounts setup took a bit of back and forth on documentation but the relationship team was straightforward to deal with. Would recommend for serious operators.

Been trading forex and metals with NTW Markets for about eight months now. What initially drew me in was the spreads on Gold and EURUSD are consistently tight even during the London-New York overlap. Had one issue early on with a withdrawal delay and their support team sorted it within the same business day. Platform is stable on MT5, no requotes that I've noticed. Nothing flashy to say. NTW just works, which is honestly what you want from a broker.

I am sharing my personal experience with NTW Markets to provide transparency for other traders considering this broker.

I initially deposited approximately $2,500 into my account and received a matching promotional credit. Using the platform under normal trading conditions, I was able to grow the account significantly and generated approximately $60,000 in realized profits.

Following this performance, I submitted a withdrawal request of approximately $52,000. After submitting the withdrawal, I continued trading with the remaining balance and generated an additional approximately $24,000 in profit while positions were actively open.

During this time, my trading account access was suddenly restricted while trades were still live and exposed to the market. According to my trading records, those positions later reached their predefined take-profit levels, but I was unable to manage or close them due to the restriction placed on the account.

After the review process, I was informed by the broker’s liquidity/compliance team that a substantial portion of my profits would be removed due to alleged violations related to bonus usage and position sizing. However, at no point prior to this action were any of my trades rejected, limited, or flagged by the system when they were executed.

I requested a detailed explanation, including the exact policy provisions relied upon and a full trade-by-trade reconciliation, but have not received a clear or comprehensive breakdown addressing these points.

Additionally, the broker stated that my original deposited funds would be returned in full. However, as of the time of this review, those funds have not been credited back to my account wallet or made available for withdrawal, and no confirmed processing timeline has been provided.

I have made multiple attempts to resolve this matter directly through their compliance team in a professional manner and remain open to a fair and transparent resolution. I will update this review as the situation develops.

Based on this experience, I would not consider this a broker I could confidently recommend to traders who are serious about their trading journey and capital security.

Honestly, NTW Markets has been great so far. The platform runs smoothly, trades are processed quickly, and I’ve never had issues with deposits or withdrawals. Their support team is friendly and quick to respond. Overall, really happy I gave them a try. Definitely feels like a broker I can trust.

Unfortunately super disappointed. I heard good things about this broker, and there’s a prominent figure that pushes this broker in my community so I thought it was trusted.

I deposited 1k into my account. They gave me a 100% bonus which I don’t like, and I expressed it, and the reason being is because they can get weird with rules on withdrawals when company’s add a bonus’s. They told me it was routine and to keep it.

I then had been studying gold for 7 years, and I saw the weekly move it made starting last Sunday. I caught it at the weekly open, 5pm pst, I caught a move over 100 points, but under half way I opened another large position, my equity was around 5k and my margin was high.

All in all, I made 20k profit over 100 points. And when I went to withdrawal they canceled every one of them until they only gave me 6 out of the 20k to withdrawal. They said I had too much margin and there was a glitch in the system. That’s all talk for they didn’t wana pay me out on a move that was meditated and calculated.

Can’t be trusted. You either honor your customers, or you have a better online platform that doesn’t “glitch”.

Then I waited 4 days to pretty much hear from them, they have no support team that gets back to you in the back office within even hours. It usually took 8-24 hours to hear anything!

From the deposit bonus, where they double your deposit, to the glitch, to the whole 4 day period it was honestly the worst experience I’ve had with a broker. (I’m not even a yelp reviewer, but I’m a money dude and I’d hope to prevent anyone to go through what I dealt with)
