If you make decent coin, they will then accuse you of cheating, delete your account and seize your funds with zero investigation and zero care.
They took 87k USD from me that I legitimately earned. Having to get a lawyer involved now as they have a zero review process.
Their customer support is trash along with the compliance team, they have selective copy and paste replies.
1x trade can not be trusted with any funds and should be shut down and criminally investigated.
*Edit - dont believe any reply from them, if you read all their replies, its the same excuse.
I got notification they that replied to this but from what I can they deleted it.

1XTrade stole my $85K.
Today I a so shocked to my bones. After I made my first Profitable withdrawal of $20000 which is yet to be approved. and still on a trader where I have made $65000 and not yet withdraw. 1XTrade overnight while I was sleeping Terminated my account. Been using only 1xTrader making trades since I started trading. I can't believe this 1xtrader is a scam. I will make sure I make a video of this on youtube and promote this all over US and EU for people to now this. 1XTrade stole my $85K.

Account Terminated After Profit – Withdrawal Not Paid
I want to share my experience with 1xTrade so other traders can make an informed decision before depositing.
I deposited $872 and received the 250% deposit bonus offered on their platform. I traded normally on MT5 using manual trading with one-click execution. No bots, no arbitrage software, and no automated strategies were used.
My strategy simply involved opening multiple small positions and managing them manually, which is a completely normal discretionary trading method used by many traders.
After trading successfully, my account reached a withdrawal request of $9,180 (including around $8,300 in profit).
Shortly after requesting the withdrawal, my account was suddenly terminated, and I received a notice claiming a violation without any clear explanation.
Instead of paying the legitimate profits generated through trading, they only approved $40, which is obviously not consistent with the account balance and trade history.
Another important point is that I joined this broker through AliiTrades, who stated that 1xTrade operates as an A-Book broker. If this were truly the case, a trader’s profit should not represent a financial risk to the company since trades would be passed to liquidity providers.
All my trades were manual, visible on MT5 history, and held for reasonable periods of time, not high-frequency arbitrage or any type of prohibited activity.
The timing of the account termination right after generating significant profit raises serious concerns about the broker’s practices.
I have requested a full review of my trading history and a clear explanation of the alleged violation.
Until this matter is resolved properly, I cannot recommend depositing with this broker.

We take accusations like this very seriously, so we've thoroughly checked with our compliance team in regards to your case.
You stated that you were “trading normally” and that you were not using any prohibited strategy but that was revealed to simply not be true. According to the full investigation of your account activity conducted by compliance, they confirmed the use of latency arbitrage, which is explicitly listed as a restricted trading practice under our Terms & Conditions.
Just to clarify:
Latency arbitrage is not manual discretionary trading, even if trades are placed via MT5.
It involves making use of price feed delays, which creates an unfair execution advantage and is not permitted on the platform.
Additionally, certain arbitrage systems are designed to make trades appear as if they are placed manually (including mimicking mobile execution), when in reality they are automated. This was also considered as part of the compliance review.
This conclusion by compliance was made through system-based analysis of execution patterns, and not simple assumptions. You've also been provided with detailed transaction references from compliance.
Regarding your other claims:
Your initial deposits were returned in full (please check email from compliance for full details), as per compliance policy.
Profits generated from violations of trading terms are not eligible for withdrawal, which is the standard policy for all regulated and non-regulated brokers and not just for 1x.
The timing of account closure was not related to the profits made as was alleged but to the completion of the compliance investigation.
The suggestion that this was just another method of “normal trading” or that 1xtrade acted without reason is misleading given the fact that an investigation report was also provided to you outlining the basis of the decision.
We are always open to transparent reviews and constructive feedback from all of our clients, but it’s important that public statements accurately reflect the facts of the case.
