Worked for 6 months.
The equipment stopped working after approximately 6 months. It showed adequate voltage across the entire line, however, the lights did not work. I replaced the controller but there was no change. Your customer service offered no solutions.

Absolutely ridiculous experience.
Absolutely ridiculous. In spite of promising a refund for my faulty product more than a month ago, I am still to hear anything in spite of repeatedly emailing them. The customer service is awful and clearly delaying tactics until customers get so frustrated that they give up. I will not let this go and will now be initiating taking them to the small claims court. Stay away.

Lasting Rainbow LED strip
I bought the Lasting Rainbow LED strip for my teenage sons room and we are REALLY happy with the product.
Good and solid quality with great settings that gives a wide range color options. There is not a single evening spend without these LEDs on 😃

The RGB led flood light is great.
The product is awesome as well as the customer service support group. I was surprised how easy it was to use the wireless BT mesh hub.

So much better than my old spotlight
I have a tree in front of my house that I light at night. I have been using a 100 watt bulb or equivalent for several years. I was never really satisfied at how good a a lighting job that this bulb did. I just replaced it with the 100 watt Novostella unit. I'm just astounded at how much light this unit puts out. It is way better than my old spotlight. Plus I now have amazing color choices.

I emailed somebody about two weeks ago to mail back two weeks. They said they were on top of it and would refer the matter to the necessary department. I have not heard anything from anybody.

I have not recieved this item
I have not recieved this item. I never got a tracking number to begin with and was told I would receive my package in a week (online it says delivery is 3 to 5 days). I got the shop app and at first it showed my package was already delivered. Then it changed to order received but still no tracking info. I sent and email trying to get tracking info and have yet to receive a response. And so it has been 2 weeks on an item that was supposed to take a few days. Then I looked at the return policy and the customer is expected to ship the item to an address in CHINA, customer is expected to pay for shipping.

The product was shipped very fast and arrived in excellent condition. I'm happy with this acquisition. Good quality of the product.
As a minus, there are some colors which are not using the same led quality creating a flickering effect when you're recording the room or the wall with the lights on.

Never ship item and never reply emails
Order a remote controller for my lights on 11/24 and as per today 12/12 they haven’t ship it even though their description stated 2-5 days for shipping .Send several emails and none have been reply.
Lights are really good tough.

I have not received the product
I have not received the product or even a shipping notification. It's been 16 days. The purchase receipt says 2-5 days to ship and I would get a tracking number. So far nothing.

Slow response time, missed delivery date by weeks.
Well for one, my experience isn't yet over. I'm being sent a request to provide a review, when the order has yet to be delivered. Took multiple days for help center to get back to me. Still awaiting shipping/tracking info well past the provided delivery date. Email sent requesting refund discussions have gone unanswered.
