Cause the item was out of stock, and our company decide not to produce this light in the future.

I am really disappointed with the automation support on these new smart floodlights. They appear to be the dumbest smart lights out there. Everything has to be done from the app. My other Novostella flood lights have much more functionality through automation applications than these new ones. They ARE very bright but not worth the extra price I paid for all the features I can only use through the app. Never will I again be an early adopter with a Novostella product.

I ordered a 2 pack of Ardor 60W RGB LED Flood Lights. Shipping was free - great! Order was said to arrive in approximately 5 business days - great!
So the fifth day came and went and then about the 9th day I tracked my order. The ‘Shop’ app and UPS stated it was delivered. But no package ever arrived. I know this is the season for porch pirates but that’s never been an issue in our neighborhood. Things happen, I get it.
I emailed Novostella customer service to report the issue. I will admit my frustration over not getting a reply within 24 hours. However, late last night I got a very helpful reply and they are now sending me a replacement. Great!
Will happily submit a product review once I receive them and try them out.
