Absolutely shocking quality of clothing. Attempting to return and thier returns policy is a joke.

Don't waste your time with these scammers!

Good clothing brand, I liked the items and they have good quality

Absolutely disgusted with the order I received nothing at all like description in pictures I ordered 2 long loose linen shirts what I got was 2 short thin cotton tight shirts I will NEVER EVER!waste money on this company again and in future steer clear from any of your advertising !

As per others - returns policy is awful. They won’t honour my return as the product didn’t come with a label but they need a label attached to accept the return! In addition the product is awful, cheap quality, nothing like described on the website.
They’ve now stopped replying to me. Do not shop here!

I ordered 2 dresses for my daughter for size, she didn’t like them so asked to return. They offered a discount instead after waiting days for response.
Asked to send back so gave me an address in China, ask me to send at my own expense which I did and when sent email the tracking number.
Have done everything they asked now the are ignoring me, this was 3/5/24 and still no refund. Dresses cost £100 and to return cost me £30, I have tracked and still sitting a customs in China because they haven’t bothered to to collect so now out of pocket.
Please trust peoples reviews and DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY they are nothing to do with London at al

Thank you to all the team at Nouvo London. They kept In touch all the way until I received my parcel. It was a quick and prompt service.
I ask for a refund, again they answered every email quickly and promptly.
I received my refund and highly recommend them as a company.

Ordered 2 truck suits size large received a large size all right but maybe for children. Horrible material also.
Asked to return the goods, they said I have to send these to china at my expenses.
Asked for the address, as yet not received.
They are a joke.

Received dress 2 hours ago liked dress but too small, there was no tags on the dress and now they won’t let me return dress.
SHOCKING customer sales!!!!!!!

I placed an order and paid via PayPal. I didn’t like the goods at all, followed Novo’s instructions for return process. Returned goods were received by Novo, they indicated a refund to me via my payment method of PayPal but this didn’t happen. PayPal are chasing it up and I have also written an e mail to their accounts department and it has been over a week and I have heard absolutely nothing!!

1 star for the return process and customer service. This is my second week waiting for a reply, the return package was delivered 19/4/2024, no updates and no refund since that time.

Update. The refund was issued the next day after my second email to the Customer Service and the review here. I’ve received an email from Alia where she explained the delay and apologised for it. Now everything seems to be without any problems, the manager is very polite. The 2 weeks waiting made me feel insecure.

Second top I have bought. Material is fantastic - doesn’t bobble, super comfy and very flattering. Would highly recommend. Arrived fast.

My items were not suitable and I am struggling to return them . It was not possible online as the process kept failing to proceed with returns and kept going back to the NOVO shop?!
I emailed and had a reply asking my reasons for wishing to return the items and offering to resolve. However, I still have had no response and therefore problem still unresolved . I am still awaiting a reply to email number 3!!!.......

Disappointed. Material is stiff and digs into my armpits. Something just not right about the design. Too bad.

Hi novo I ordered 2 different coats and what I got was totally different from what I order and the size is really small, you people deceived customers with image of an item then sent something different entirely.got to the post office to return the item I was told will pay 50% of the actual order amount this is totally your your fault how can you be deceitful I have tried reaching out to your customer service but the whole process was slow and didn’t get the proper response to the issue.
Please help how do I return this item you delivered and get my money back? it doesn’t worth it.
