Vision pro glasses are a complete lie. Won't answer emails and no refund. Don't buy anything from this SCAM COMPANY!!!

DO NOT PURCHASE from this company. Cheap, ineffective, misrepresented products. Should get a ZERO RATING.

I made an order, then within an hour I decided to cancel the order. I canceled the order and I emailed the company as well, informing them that I need this order canceled. However, the package was sent. As soon as I received it, I went to Canada post to return the unopened package. I was informed that it could not be sent as return to sender and that I have to contact the sender for return information. I did that and I was also advised that I have to pay the shipping fees. That was in September and the package has been with customs ever since as of October. Worst company I have ever dealt with. Terrible customer service. As far as the product, I don't know because I never opened it. From what I heard, it's garbage.

Same here as everyone else. It’s a scam and they even complete purchases that your credit card rejected.
They claim their refund policy does not apply as it’s not their wrong doing.
Their satisfaction guarantee isn’t actually a thing.

I ordered 2 pair of the magic glasses and ended up getting charged for 5 pair,I tried to immediately correct the situation but they gave me some rubbish storey that the order was already processed and the only thing I could do is return them (to china)for a full refund which I did to an address in China they provided.
After a couple of months surprise surprise the glasses arrived back to me with a return to sender sticker.
Now they are claiming I must have sent them to the wrong address (the one they provided) now they are offering a 50% refund so I don’t have to send them back to China . What a totally dishonest and scam this is and to top it off the glasses are rubbish bits of plastic.DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY this has been going on since 27 of July and they are still making all sorts of excuses why they are not giving refund

the article advertised is not what i received. in addition they added a warranty that i did not ask for, and also sent two items when i ordered ONLY ONE!!!

The 2 glasses I purchased did not meet expectations, failed to enhance my husband’s vision as anticipated and mine. The package came late than the date it was expected to arrive. Returning it was difficult because they want you to ship it back to China instead to where it originally came from as you can see at the original packaging and the cost is half the price of the glasses. They should have a streamlined returns without extra costs, particularly for shipping to China, which can be a significant portion of the product cost. I wish it was a smoother refunds like Amazon or Temu. It was a ripped off for me. I felt I got scammed believing their marketing is amazing, great innovation, and unfortunately I believed it that it can help my eye. The glasses are just like sn ordinary reading glasses you buy from a drugstore or groceries. I will never and can’t ever recommend this product nor the company. They will give you full refund but you pay the shipping cost for refund which is almost the price of one eye glass.

Dishonest and fraudulent
I have been charged multiple times for items I clearly and explicitly declined. Unhelpful responses received, and was charged again today. Don't bother. I'm sorry I didn't read other reviews before purchasing.

Ordered a fuel saving plug in. Within 5 minutes after receiving order confirmed adding an extended warranty, I attempted to cancel the warranty and was told it was too late in spite of the fact that the warranty was in the fine print. When I received the product the packaging again in fine print carried a warning that the device could cause damage to the vehicle. Sent an email complaining about the lousy product and wanting to return it for a refund. Following the usual scam they told me I could return it to China for a full refund or they would give me 30% and I could keep the product. Since the cost to ship to China was prohibitive I reluctantly took the 30% which also included the extended warranty charges! So I now have a dangerous product with a 30% extended warranty!

I wasted $39USD confirming what I suspected to be a scam related to 'novari Vision Pro' glasses. They absolutely did not do as advertised. They did, however, function as pure magnification glasses, similar to something you'd see at a pharmacy or service station. Giving 1 star because 0 isn't an option

Minus a star this is a Scam! I can not believe this place can still be in business. Like all of you I ordered 1 pair of glasses, but was charged for 4 plus fast track shipping 🤔. I refuse to pay the cost to ship back to China! I also emailed them immediately after checkout because I was over charged, which they claim was my fault. I never received an invoice or paperwork! Something needs to be done so others don’t get scammed like the rest of us!🤬

Bought the Vision One v2 glasses off an add on Facebook. Claimed amazing things - can adjust for every vision deficiency (I know - all too good to be true) but I checked the return policy. Claimed to be no-questions asked 100% guarantee. Got them in about 2 weeks. Tried them on and my vision was actually worse than without them. Found something online that said try them for 60 days before you try to return. So I set my calendar reminder. Sent my request for refund after the 60 days. Now they are just doing emails asking for more and more info…. Came here and saw everyone else’s experience so I’m just writing it up to experience before they try to get me to spend more $$ to ship to China. I did use PayPal - so hope that might help prevent unauthorized charges. STAY AWAY FROM THESE OFFERS - THEY ARE JUST SCAMS!

I was crazy to think this was a good product. This is a rip off. The best way to help is to have this company removed or banned from selling stuff that is no good and useless. Which seems to be a lot of stuff. I will not be fooled again. I did not read the reviews so this one is on me. Then they have guidelines on what to say. 🤣

Product lens is basically a clear piece of plastic. Return policy a scam as well. Purchase price included shipping. To ship them back costs more than the product. TOTAL SCAM

These very poorly designed plastic eyewear are total bullshit. They are horrible. This is a scam, and it could even harm your vision if worn for long durations. China, in general, is a disreputable place to buy anything. Phuck that country!

Arrived today. Nothing more than reading glasses. Total scam as far as adjusting to see anything. I can read nothing with them, only have magnification for distance. Very disappointing. Should have know. It was a scam

Scam and product does not work. Filling with my credit card company today and BBB. Avoid this company. Won't refund money or take product back. Scam

I am very disappointed with my purchase. Was not as described and cheaply made. On top of the initial payment of $97.98 to which was understood to be final cost. Next month they billed me another $49 and some change. Don't be fooled like us always read the reviews before making a purchase.

THIS COMPANY AND ITS PRODUCTS ARE A TOTAL SCAM. HAVING READ MOST OF THE REVIEWS POSTED I TOTALLY AGREE WITH THEM ALL...NOTHING GOOD WITH RESPECT TO THIS COMPANY & JUNK THEY SELL. SORRY I DID NOT SEE THE REVIEWS BEFORE MAKING THE ORDER.
