This company is a scam. And yes i reached out to them. I ordered glasses that feel like terrible quality and you cant see through them. Then the form tricked me. I remember clicking add glasses case. It was 15 for garbage. Then somehow they claim i agreed to a membership and billing me more than the glasses every single month. They will not let me return or refund. Instead they tried to get me to activate said membetship and tried to sell me more stuff.

These people are pirates. They won’t let you check out with out taking an extra item at x discount. I wanted to purchase 1 pair. Got stuck with a 2 for $ then they charged me for 8 pairs at various prices. I tried to cancel immediately after the multiple charges hit my card. They insisted they could not cancel the order. Offered another discount. Had to wait for delivery from Coppell Tx. But get this to return them I have to ship them to China. All moves are designed to make it difficult to return them for a refund without a ridiculous set of hoops to jump through. Thieves real Thieves

Just received 2 pairs of their glasses. They are USELESS. I can see much better without them, and infinitely better with my $25 Foster Grants bought at CVS. I will try to return the glasses for a refund, but I see from the comments that others have tried and got nowhere. What a scam!!!!!!

Satisfaction guarantee is a joke.
You need to pay postage to a Chinese factory for a refund, or accept 30% of the purchase price and keep the product. The glasses are useless, no vision help at all.

Ordered VisionPro glasses. They’re pitiful. Their 180 day return policy is a scam. They don’t tell you up front that you have to pay to return them to their warehouse in CHINA!!!! That’s $20 or more cost right there! Deceitful business practices.

RE: Order: 184034 Received glasses. Can't see out of them. Want to return for a full refund. Was given an address in China. Suggested from Aviroo that $5.00 be used for customs declaration. NO WHERE on the website can I find any mention that returns must go to China. NO WHERE. If no package is received in China how can AVIROO process a return?? They can't. So if you declare $5.00 then that's all that MIGHT be offered. So they are off the hook for a full refund. This is a SCAM.

Deceptive practices! Customer service is a ZERO! I haven't even tried the glasses yet, but I guess they are a waste as well by the other reviews. They charged me for a fast track discount club membership which I did not want or order. In August I emailed them to stop this charge and refund my money, but the said I had an opportunity to review my purchase before I hit pay so there was nothing they could do about it. They told me what a great service it was. Then I get another big surprise, it is a recurring charge. And I again asked to cancel the membership. What I get back is would I like a discounted price. After going back and forth a couple more times, I told them I would report them to the attorney general's office and alert PayPal and my credit card to deny any further charges. They then offered to cancel my membership and return 50% of the last charge. I accepted it, just so I didn't have to deal with them anymore. I am still going to report them

IF you try to return product - YOU must pay and send to non existent Chinese Address at cost higher than product. They add on subscriptions - that are not relative to anything. Total Bogus! - You'd be better off to look thru Saran Wrap.

Be honest by issuing a FULL refund, I recieved a $16.48

Fraud alert, do not buy any products from this company. Unable to get a refund and stuck with worthless glasses. Very deceptive advertizing and sponsors should be prosecuted.

Total scam!! Glasses are cheap and blurry. Getting a refund requires MULTIPLE emails. They would only give me 50% of my order back unless I mailed it to CHINA which would cost more than I paid.
I'm on a limited income and got scammed.

I pushed the wrong button and ordered 5 core chips instead of 2. Their return policy sucks! I am unable to mail the one back to China, so I am stuck with paying $159 for something useless! I'm a senior on a fixed income so this hurts. They offered me 50% refund. I had no choice but to accept that. I don't recommend buying from them. They lied about their refund policy .

RIP OFF! Order #187732. I ordered one pair for $29.99, but when I saw three charges totaling $154, I realized that it had changed my order and tacked on some other charges.

. I immediately requested that they change my order to one pair and refund the difference. I received the typical response of "we will get back in 48 hours... I demanded cancellation of the order less than 5 minutes after I ordered, because I could not afford that amount. Well that did not happen.
The glasses arrived about 2 weeks later... ABSOLUTE JUNK! A $3 pair of reading glasses from Walmart is better than this. The alleged distance adjustment is the exact same as in reading glasses. Well, maybe a tad clearer, but I got motion sickness looking around the room.

I requested a return/refund and after a few emails they sent me an address in CHINA. Postage to China is extravagant to say the least and would use up a great chunk of my refund. Using a comparison calculator:

28 emails since ordering .... I am supposed to pay $65 postage (that I don't have) for a 7 oz package, hoping that I MIGHT get back my $154 IF the package makes it back to China and IF they are more honest about refunding than they were about marketing their product?

If I could put 0 stars I would. My 84 yo mother ordered some Vision Pro glasses which are supposed to adjust your vision automatically and she was very disappointed to say the least. These glasses are not as advertised, they are simply cheap readers for a hefty price. To begin with, she ordered the glasses, but found they offered a better deal and within 5 minutes she called them and tried to cancel the first order and they told her they couldn't cancel her order because they've already been packed into a large box with multiple customers orders and it would delay everyone else's delivery. After receiving them, she has sent several emails to get a return address and a return authorization and they keep giving her a run around. They keep sending responses asking for additional information. She has just sent them another email and now they're asking for more pictures of what she received. We will see how this turns out, but I don't have faith in their honesty.
I believe this company to be a scam because they give 180 day return policy, but this is a very difficult process which she has been going through since mid August. In this last email they are refusing to deal with her any longer if she doesn't comply their requests of JPG images which she's already sent weeks ago.

The glasses as other people described are just poor reading glasses! To return costs more than the glasses which have to be sent to their warehouse in China. Please be aware and do not use this site.p
