Terrible experience bought the device online with random freebies but they have fine print about an outrageously expensive subscription if you don't cancel within 30 days. Device is also clunky and does not work properly, barely lifting the ball.

These guys are crooks,scammers. They charged my credit card for a membership to thier so called dugout club, which did not authorize. I never signed up for this club. The say they can not cancel the subscription and can not refund the taken money. They gave me an email address to cancel myself, which goes no where. They have no address and no phone number, so you can’t talk to them. RED FLAG. Facebook needs to cut them off.

SCAM! They did send the product timely and cheap, but then they charged me again a few weeks later at a much higher cost! I made no additional purchase. I reached out to them and no response. Obviously fraud!

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!! buy a cheap product and automatically signs you up to a subscription which you can’t stop. Now having to go through my credit card company to stop it.

Decpetive marketing, automatically subsribes you to membership billing at $57/month which I CAN'T SEEM TO STOP!!!

Product broke within a few use.

Total scam! The item I got was a cheap imported knock off versus what they advertise. Then it came broken with a smashed box (terrible shipping). I reached out more than 5 times to get help and no response. They finally responded to an email but only told me about the Dugout Club membership that I had to cancel. I didn’t know about it, but sure enough, they had added a “free” item to the order that ended up being a $40 per month subscription! Stay very far away! Buyer beware!!

Do not buy this popper. It’s not good.

I wish I saw these reviews before making a purchase. The amount of Facebook ads they are paying for should have alerted me that there was more to this than a plastic popper.
Popper is great, yes its cheap but it does the job, the scam comes with the automatic monthly subscription you get added to which is where this "company" are making their money. And let's be honest there is nothing in the subscription worth a penny never mind the £35 being charged. Have requested a refund failing that will report to Shopify and their local business authorities.

I bought the tee popper. They sent a cheap, faulty product which pops immediately without delay, so you can't get set to swing the bat. Also it pops at a level which wouldn't be a strike anyways, so there is no way to improve your swing. My kids couldn't believe that it cost what it did for such a cheap product. BUT while they supposedly guarantee quality, they do NOT GIVE REFUNDS. Try to figure that one out. No, they will only replace it with another poorly constructed product.

Also, they sign you up for a "complimentary trial" of their Dugout Club, a vague coaching program which doesn't provide anything, including notice that you will be charged less than 2 weeks later. It's really all a scam.

Actually, the product is good itself so far. But a month later I got an unexpected $40 taking out of my account from kynvale. Apparently it's for a subscription. A subscription that offers absolutely nothing. So they are big time scammers and I would stay away.

Pure utter scam. I have had nothing but problems with them. I bought what was meant to be the T-Popper, turned out to be something Chinese knock off piece of crap, then they start charging me for some subscription that I never signed up for. Now when you go back to the page to check up on what is listed in the fine print, the page can not be found. So not only are they using the genuine items photos, name and videos, they then scam you into a subscription that you can even access.

DEFINITELY DO NOT BUY FROM KYNVALE. ITS A SCAM!

Being sent an inferior product and then charged for subscription without permission. I’m actually really angry about it as I’m sure it’s all a fake company and I’ll now have lost over $100 AUD.

What a slimmy company! Unfair and murky practices. Tee popper is ok, far from being great. Their automatic subscription is the true scam. They don't tell you nowhere that YOU have to cancel or they'll automatically charge 40$ per month after you buy. This is a herrendous legal fraud!

I was excited to buy the product for my grandson who has naturally athletic talent. However was not at all happy when a month later I saw another charge on my checking account for a $40.00 club I never subscribed in. Don’t order because you’ll be scammed like me.

Same as everyone else, I bought their tee popper product, was enrolled in a subscription that I didn't want, charged for the product and the subscription. The tee popper broke the day it arrived.

Just awful!!! Received a crappy product for the price point. Then was billed without my authorisation for their subscription service hidden in the order. Emailed and requested a refund on the subscription, all they told me how to do was cancel it going forward. Been chasing for weeks and still no refund or reply. A disgraceful and unethical company - DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!

Absolutely stay away. I would rate them zero stars if I could. This company tries to scam you with a subscription service that you are auto enrolled for - at $60/month! Unresponsive to emails, zero customer service.

We have just received the popper In the mail. It arrived broken, but after reading the return policy, we decided just to re-engineer better components. What really gets me is the procedure that an individual has to go through to unsubscribe from a disingenuous scam that the company sells to you as a “club”. This club holds no benefit to the recipient, standing only to profit by monthly fee. This company has perfected scamming, approaching it from a number of angles to capture an unsuspecting customer.
