Nouriven Recenzje

Prompt.timely shipping and accurate description.of product online.

I really wish that we could do truth and advertising on these companies that lie through their teeth. I brought their claims and bought two of them for my showers.
I’m not sure how but this is worse than a non-showered filter head. My hairdresser has not been happy with what my hair looks like having used this product for two months. I did inquire about a refund that was told the shipping price to China would be more than the item itself.
I hope people are reading these reviews and stay away from this horrid company!!!

Absolutely a scam, no working phone numbers listed, email link gets no replies.
There address is Los Angeles yet they don’t show to exist at the listed address. There phone number is an Alabama area code, NOT LA.
DO NOT BUY!!

DO NOT BUY, NOURIVEN IS A SCAM
I ordered a Nouriven filter showerhead on 13 September 2026, I decided within hours that I didn't want this shower head I'd prefer a direct mount and not a detachable handheld. The website claims a 90-day money back guarantee. I emailed them immediately and said I wanted to cancel my order. The next day, 14 Sept, they emailed me back and told me that shipments go directly into their system and they are unable to cancel the order, I would have to ship it back, at my own expense. When the order arrived it was basically just wrapped in plastic wrap, the box was squished and inside was an un-useable cheap, poor quality showerhead, with plastic everywhere you'd expect metal parts. Clearly terrible quality. I emailed again the day I received the order 29 September saying that I wanted to return it, at which point I was told I would have to ship it TO CHINA in order to get a refund. The address they gave me (A3-2, Puluosi Logistics Park, Huishan District Wuxi City, Jiangsu Province, China), all of the cost of shipping quotes are MORE THAN THE COST OF THE ITEM. This company is scamming people, they claim 90-day returns knowing the cost of returning the item is more than the item itself. STAY AWAY crap product and crap customer service.

Fraudulent company! Everything they claim is false.
* Dermatologist recommended = a dermatologist who doesn't exist on a publication that doesn't exist from an article they fabricated.
* iF design award claim = false, no record of them even being nominated.
* Glowing reviews from Forbes, Well+Good, Harper's Bazaar, etc = all completely fake.
* The phone number on the site leads to an auto insurance company.
EVERYTHING is fake or false, but looks convincing. Do NOT buy.

I purchased two filter shower heads. After ordering, I realized it was coming directly from China. I contacted the company to stop the order, and they told me it was too late; it was on its way. I told them I would refuse and return it to sender. They told me to contact them for instructions once I received it. The package took 3 weeks to arrive. I contacted them and told them the package was never opened, and I wanted to return it. They informed me it was my responsibility to pay to send it back. The return cost is anywhere from $150-250.00, more than the item cost. I decided to donate them. Sell them and learn a valuable lesson, or even trash them: I will NEVER purchase anything that is shipped to me from China. I believe this company is a scam, even though I did receive the items. They advertise that it is highly recommended by dermatologists. Most likely dermatologists within the Chinese Communist Party. Buyer beware and do not purchase! I paid more for mine, but it is made in the USA, and it is awesome. This was a very negative experience after waiting three weeks.

DO NOT BUY! BAD SHOWER FILTER AND BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! My husband bought this shower filter back in February 2026. Beads got stuck in the head so we couldn't use the various stream settings on the head. We got a replacement in March 2026 and in June 2026 the replacement shower filter had the same issue because the washer got loose! Upon Nouriven's request my husband a photo of the loose washer. They made us believe we would get another replacement. As of August 2026 it never arrived. When we followed up again, we were just told, "Sorry, it's out of warranty." So for our money we have a useless jammed shower filter with no multiple stream settings because of a loose washer and stuck beads! Bad design, a complete sham, and a complete waste of money! Look for a filter where the beads stay in the filter portion that you can just swap out. Not this one where the beads constantly fall out of the washer and get stuck in the head. SAVE YOUR MONEY! DO NOT BUY!
