Water pressure is great if the hand held is hanging off straight down. Raise the handle up to the holding bracket and there is very little water pressure.( Water pressure is not a problem in my house) I would like my money back. Tried calling customer service and all I hear is music.

This showered is life changing!!!!! My water is so bad in my area, I had to replace the filter sooner than the 3 months, but so worth it. Just took my first shower with my new filter. And it was incredible. I can't see enough about this shower head.

After a lot of consideration and research about showerhead filters, I finally decided to pull the trigger and try Lucinn... and I am so happy I did. I immediately noticed my hair felt healthier and looked shinier, and after only a week I was losing significantly less hair in the shower. The water pressure is great and I continue to see benefits from clean, filtered shower water. Highly recommend.

Purchased a handheld. Endless issues. Terrible customer service. Save your money and time.

I love these shower heads! They have greatly improved hair and skin, plus they are powerful! The customer service has been excellent! I would buy more if I had more showers in my house!

Our showerhead had not been changed since 2013 (Yeah I know, GROSS!) I have Rheumatoid Arthritis and have been eliminating toxic sources in my home as much as possible. Decided to order this showerhead and WOW! what a difference!! The water pressure is excellent and is velvety in feel. Best part, my husband changed it! LOVE the fact that new filters auto ship every 3 months! This product has been life-changing for us! LOVE LUCINN!

Wow the water pressure is phenomenal!! After only one use I feel the water is softer. Time will tell if it continues to perform as advertised.

I purchased 2 showerheads both leak from the showerhead, I replaced the washers and replaced the plumbers tape just to make sure it wasn’t user error. IMO that are a Garbage product. We have hardly used them and what a waste of money

The Lucinn shower head is working great. It is doing its job of keeping my skin soft. I would love another shower head color!

Lucinn Showerhead locks you into a subscription when you purchase the showerhead.
I tried to contact support to now avail to cancel the subscription. In fact, Norton sys it is a "fake shop" when I tried to answer the review request.
Probably best to buy from Amazon for the showerhead and filter replacements. Filters for the Lucinn cost less on Amazon!
We do like the showerhead....

Just received my new shower head last week and it was so easy to install. I love the water pressure and feel good about no longer washing my hair and skin with all the toxins.

The water degregates as time goes on. Also, the shower head swivel adjustment is loose. Should be tighter.

I purchased the showerhead as a 2025 Christmas present for my wife who has long hair. From the reviews I read, the Lucinn filter helps hair from drying out and hard water. I installed the showerhead soon after Christmas. My wife did not notice anything different right away, but I read that it takes 30 days or so to see a difference. We tested for 3 months with the filter that came with the showerhead and she said her hair actually felt more dry. I began to think that the default filter may have been bad.

I then received my first replacement filter in the mail (I enrolled in the "replacement filter every 3 months"). I installed this new Lucinn labeled filter the first week of March. Unfortunately, my wife still does not feel her hair is any better than showering with an "unfiltered" showerhead.

I then used a TDS device that measures the "Parts Per Million" and compared my tap water to the Lucinn filtered water. To my surprise, there was no difference in the results! I expected the Lucinn filtered water to have less PPM. Why is that? At this point, I cannot see any advantage of purchasing future Lucinn filters.

I would entertain any comments from Lucinn on what I might be doing wrong or if there is any other water testing I can do to confirm the Lucinn filter is doing something different to the regular tap water that is coming out from my showerhead. Thank you.

I can tell such an amazing difference in my hair and skin. My hair loss has been drastically decreased next to just a minimal amount of. My skin is clear. The rain like shower head has a perfect flow. I have already recommended it to friends.

This shower head is an awesome experience!!! I love all the choices of spray the non kink shower hose… easy install easy replacement of filters that really make the water feel so soft!!! I love the ease of changing the spray to rinse out my dense long hair.

We bought two Lucinn showerheads, as we have very bad water here, and we have noticed improvements in our skin (less itchy, redness). I did have some slight clogging after about two months of using the showerhead. I communicated that with customer service, but they were not very responsive. I will be changing the filters soon, so hopefully that helps. I have also noticed that there are some hard water stains on the showerhead, which I was not expecting. And, the water pressure through the showerhead is not that great.

We love how the filter works. Its also good looking. Our skin and hair are honestly better now than before using the Lucinn filter.
