They have lovely products but their customer service sucks.

Wanted to return an item as per their return policy but they refused to reply with more details.

Then they ghosted me by blocking out my email in future deets.

Unprofessional and petty.

Grow up as a business, whoever's running this.

The images online are great but nothing is compared to the real feeling of a notebook in your hand. Now I get why is called notebook therapy, it's a treat for yourself or for someone you love. Ten across the board for the quality, the cuteness and the delivery that was perfect.

I ordered on 23rd September and sent an email on the 2nd October asking for tracking details. I received an email back saying that half of my order wasn’t available. I replied that I’d like a refund for the missing bit, which I got with no problems. The only thing is that they then said that they had no idea when the remainder of my order would ship and they blamed the shipping company. I know that the shipping company can only ship when the order is sent to them with a tracking number so I find it hard to blame the shipping company. I got an email today, 10th October saying it’s coming. I can’t help feeling that they wouldn’t have shipped it had I not asked. Hopefully it turns up soon.

I absolutely love shopping at Notebook Therapy! I’ve bought several PET tapes from them and they never disappoint — the designs are beautiful, the quality is amazing, and everything feels so thoughtfully made. ✨

As someone who does bullet journaling, I use their tapes in my spreads all the time and they always make my pages look so much more special 💕

The team is also super kind and attentive — whenever I’ve needed help, their email support was quick and really caring. You can tell they truly care about their customers!

As I have just started scrapbooking I am very much learning as I go along. I started by buying a lovely book to put my designs in and was able to choose what stickers and washi tapes I wanted to use. The choice was endless and I found everything I needed.

Lovely designs, amazing paper quality. The price is definitely worth it! I keep ordering journals so I have a little stack off them, and I’m obsessed!

SCAM SCAM SCAM! I ordered August 9 2025, It is not Sept 9 2025 and they have not shipped the order, not responded to multiple attempts to reach them through their customer service or through their socials. They DO NOT ship.

I’ve been a loyal customer of Notebook Therapy for years, and I understand that mistakes happen. But my recent order has left me extremely frustrated and disappointed.

I ordered a journal on August 7th. Ten days later, it still hadn’t shipped, so I reached out to customer service with my order number. That began a series of about 10 emails — each one asking me for something slightly different and assuring me they would “look into it.” At one point they even asked for my address (even though it was on the order receipt).

After two weeks without resolution, I finally requested a refund. Instead of helping, they claimed I must have ordered from a fraudulent site — despite the fact that I was clicking the contact button directly from my order receipt email. They are now refusing to refund me the $50 I paid.

This is not the kind of service I expect from a company I’ve supported for so long. It’s incredibly frustrating to feel brushed off and blamed rather than helped. Please don’t make my mistake — there are too many other great small businesses you could be supporting instead.

I recently discovered Notebook Therapy (thank you Instagram ad) and have fallen in love with their wide variety of bullet journals and stencils. I have switched to buying all my bullet journals from Notebook therapy, they are such high quality and no pen leaks through the page which is ideal for someone who doodles and draws in her journal! I recently bought some bullet journal stencils and they have made my journalling so much easier and more creative!

The website is easy to navigate, the products are so appealing it usually takes me a while to choose between them I just want to buy them all! The product does take time to arrive but considering where it comes from that is not surprising and it is worth the wait! Will buy from Notebook Therapy again, would recommend.

Delivery was fast even if I live in Italy and the products that i bought were amazing. I love them!

I just bought my 4th Bullet Journal from Notebook Therapy. It is by far my favourite product to use for Bullet Journaling. The quality is great, the aesthetic is so charming, and the price is pretty competitive for what it is.

I bought this product for the 2nd time and this is definitely the best reading journal I've ever had.
