This is a very nice shop, products are high quality and very well produced. It’s my second time ordering a bullet journal, and I will definitely be back! This time I also got some stickers, they are a bit pricey but I would get free delivery so I figured why not! They er absolutely beautiful and a very good quality. I will definitely recommend this shop.

Journals are amazing quality and worth the price, everything they sell is beautiful and has great detail. Items also came quickly and they were very friendly and helpful

I am a long time customer and I am always very satisfied. Customer service even checked on me order when I shipped to a friend and asked if this was intentionally or a fraud. Never had the case that anybody cared if the usual address changes and/or the recipient name is different.
The products are highest quality and I do not buy any cheap washi tapes anymore.

Awesome! Thank you for making great notebooks that are standard sizes and some fun sizes. I love how thick the paper is for drawing with markers (posca markers and other paint based markers). I get no bleeding through on pages. It’s basically a art book for me with tons of pages. I also like to journal a little next to the art. The main reason I use these is for movie reviews! You guys should make a movie review notebook I’d buy it in a heart beat. A game review one would also be a fun one

Les produits sont conformes et de qualité. Si j’ai une critique c’est concernant la livraison et le suivi. La livraison est beaucoup plus longue que prévu, le suivi n’est pas actualisé, les prestataires choisis sont mauvais : après 10 jours sans savoir où était passé mon colis, j’ai dû les appeler 3 fois avant d’avoir un espoir de le recevoir. Du côté Notebook Therapy, aucun mail et aucune réponse de leur part. Zéro suivi.

I've always received great quality products from Notebook Therapy. The shipping can take a little while depending where you are in the world, but I find it's worth the wait. I just wish they did their seasonal specials in A5 size!

I've tried other journals, but I always go back to Notebook Therapy all thoug they are a bit prizy. I love the quality and the fact the I can get the same kind of journal in different sizes. The paper is smooth and 160 gsm, which is perfect for my use.

Quality and customer service is great! I always look forward to a new design or set drop. Can be pricey, but you pay for the great designs and quality! Highly recommend if you like stationery!

Although I cannot comment on the product, I must comment on the customer service. I placed an order over a month ago and my products have never shipped. Each time I email requesting an update to the expected delivery, I am told that “shipping is expensive” and they are looking for ways to ship to me in Canada. I do not feel that a company should sell products if they have no intention of shipping them! 3 emails from them all saying the same thing. No intention of shipping. I finally asked for my money back.
