Such a shame to only give two stars and this isn't based on the quality or price of the products as they are beautiful and there is a lot of really lovely things to choose from at such good quality. My review is based upon delivery information and email correspondence I ordered on the 1st December having heard nothing I emailed on the 11th December to chase i got a generic email from this saying someone would be in touch. I chased this reply on the 18th of December and have now only just received an email this morning to say my order has been dispatched. I now just have to hope it's delivered on time for Christmas.

No había tenido problemas hasta ahora con la compras pero la última está siendo diferente, pregunté el viernes pasado si podían enviarme mi número de orden porque borre el correo por error y hasta ahora no me han contestado, la compra la hice el 17 de Noviembre

Aucune idée des produits mais vu la gestion du service client passez votre chemin. Bientôt un mois et aucune idée de l'endroit où se trouve mon colis. S'il a été même envoyé. Ils disent de contacter par mail. Faut-il encore qu'ils répondent. Les réseaux sociaux ? Ils suppriment vos messages. Commander chez eux c'est carrément la loterie. Ça n'en vaut pas du tout la peine.

UPDATE : après de nombreuses relances j'ai été conactée (+ 3 semaines)
Sans forcément d'explications sur la raison du délai ou sur ce qu'il est advenu de mon colis. 1 semaines et demi après j'ai tout reçu en express.
Moralité : relancez régulièrement pour être entendu.
Bon produits cela dit, mais que vous pouvez peut-être vous procurer ailleurs. Ou bien attendez les promos mais risques....

Have shopped many times from Notebooktherapy and I’ve never ever had a single problem with their products, shipping etc. I think every single item I’ve purchased or gotten gifted by friends/family have always been in such beautiful conditions no matter what it is I’ve gotten, journals, stickers, washi tapes, stamps, lucky bags etc. All of it have such nice quality!

I've ordered four times from Notebook Therapy and love their products, the quality is always really good across notebooks, washing and stamps and stickers.

The last time I ordered it did take a long time to arrive but it's a really busy time of year. I will definitely order.

Great quality, quick response from customer service! During a busy season they took quite long to ship my order but once I got the tracking number, it didn't take too long to get to me in Northern Europe.

The design and theme are impressive, and the quality is excellent 👍🏻

Website said they would be able to change my order if I reached out within 12 hours. I did.

Took forever to respond to emails, not the 3 days they promise on their website.

Sent the wrong journal. The policy on the website says they will do return/refunds within 30 days if not satisfied with purchase. Had a rep lie and email that they do not do returns or refunds at all. Scammy company.

I ordered a journal and stencils over 2 weeks ago and it hasn’t shipped. It took 3 times contacting the company before they finally responded. I was asking for an estimate of when my items would ship and they did not even give me that when they finally responded. I have requested my order be cancelled and that I receive a full refund. When ordering, the website stated a 5-10 day shipping time. It wasn’t until going into the FAQ when my order never shipped that I found anything stating longer shipping times. Very disappointed with the lack of shipping time transparency and poor customer service.

The quality decline both in service, in items, and customer service is horrid, I don't think I will come back to them again. Before I enjoyed buying from severall colelctions, the journals were pretty and the paper quality was soo good you could use waterpaint on it and still it wouldn't bleed to the other side. You got your e-mail when they shipped out your package, and everything went rather smoothly.

But this is just nostalgia talking, currently Notebook Theraphy doesn't worth it anymore, the quality declined, items disappear without a warning from the website never to be seen again, you either won't get an answer to your e-mails or it's very unhelpful, and they never provide you with the tracking number anymore. This year I placed two order, one arrived but never know what's up with it since I hadn't got my e-mail, the other I placed two weeks ago, and there is no update on it, no tracking, never arrived, the customer service is overwhelmed by the sheer dumbness of their sales strategy and they don't answer either. It's horrible given how much they ask for these things...

It was amazing!
The product is great but the shipping took a long time, I'm still waiting on the tracking information for something I purchased in 11/11/2025 but the previous products I got from here were incredible!
