It is my fourth order.I used to love NT.

But now, I think they are not professional AT ALL.

During my last order (the 3rd), I waited almost 10 days to have my order shipped. And it was shipped just after I send an e-mail to ask about it (they didn't argue with any difficulties they had, barely apologised and on top of that, they told me I was the one who wasn't able to read the tracking... Like .... BRO..... Come on... You didn't ship it, it's not a problem with me too stupid to not know how to read a tracking.).

It's now my 4th order, or at least, it's a gift my partner bought me. It's bien 14 DAYS, it is just shipped today. Why ? I send an e-mail to know if my order has been shipped, very nicely and all. No response. No answer. But, strangely, my order has been shipped. I'm not Sherlock Holmes, but I think there is a link between my e-mail and the fact that hours later, my order is shipped.

Ho and for the tracking ? I'm on a computer, I click on the button to track my order and ... I am forced to download an app. I am on a computer. I want to access a stupid tracking, but I have to download an app to access it. It's PREDATORY. And honestly the first time I see it. It's totally unprofesional, predatory, stupid, an insult to the client.

Anyway, overall, nice notebooks, but too pricey for the prestations (yeah, there is that too, I think NT should stop trying to be too greedy or act accordingly and add some luxury to their product), they are absolutely not professional at all. I'll spend my money elsewhere from now on.

Commande passée le 22 décembre, on est le 14 janvier.... c'est simple je n'ai aucune nouvelle... J'ai reçu la confirmation de commande et ça s'arrête là... déjà envoyé 3 mails et essayé de les contacter via Messenger..... rien rien rien...
Je vais demander un remboursement mais je pense que je vais pouvoir m'asseoir dessus... Première commande, importante, j'étais assez enthousiaste, je déchante.... Un conseil passez votre chemin, cette entreprise est tout sauf sérieuse...

The shipping was quicker than I expected, especially during a Black Friday sale. The products were somehow even prettier than in the pictures, and I even discovered that one of my washi tape sets also contained a couple of extra stickers, which was a welcome surprise. I LOVE this brand and intend to buy from it again :)

Ordered from them mid-November and the item only just arrived today. It was supposed to be a Christmas gift. They didn’t send me a dispatch email. I emailed them three times requesting an update but was completely ignored and received zero reply. Horrendous customer service.

Solo dos veces he tenido retraso con mis envios por falta del rfc, y no me contactan hasta que lo hago yo, pero regularmente la experiencia siempre ha sido satisfactoria, sus diseños son hermosos y ojalá pudieran volver a sacar los paquetes de cada año anteriores para quienes no pudimos comprarlos

I’ve always loved the designs and the quality of the journals. So far I’ve bought 3 journals from notebook therapy and they never disappoint. However, this last order took forever to arrive. I placed the order for Black Friday and I received it right after Christmas. Still, it was worth the wait!

Customer service response time could be better, but the product is so well made and so dang adorable, that I feel like I can forgive any hiccups that happen.

I will definitely order from them again! It is completely worth the wait. If you’re like me and love stationary and stickers, this is seriously the BEST product to purchase!

Didn’t mind the wait for my order as know it’s a busy time. Got notification to say parcel delivered to neighbour which was strange as I was in at the time. No card out through door and none of my neighbours have taken in a parcel. I have emailed the company to find out exactly where my parcel is!!!!

Nice, thick quality paper, holds up with watercolor really well (which I use a lot) and the designs are ✨gorgeous✨ It's my second time buying from notebooktherapy (with sticker this time!!) and I can't wait to use the new one for the new year.

Great customer service. I have ordered multiple times and love every single item I have ordered. They are always high quality and even better quality than I expected.

Fast processing time and shipping :-) One of the item was missing, quickly response and replacement was sent very fast! Not the last time I will order here. The design and quality is wonderful!

The journal is beautiful. The pages are the perfect weight. In my previous experiences, the journals hold together well in spite of me adding to the bulk.

I placed my order on 28 November and I received shipping info 4 days ago only after sending 3 emails and the last one was about I will initiate chargeback since the order is not shipped and no communication was provided. Tomorrow is Christmas and it won't make it on time for the person. Very disappointed.

I placed an order on the 28th of November and the order is still not in. I got an email only on Friday the 19th of December that the order has been shipped, so do have faith it will come. But still no clue when it will come. No communication beforehand and no reply on emails to customer service. Very bad service!

No comment about the quality and the webshop itself, heard only good things about the quality of the product, but I hope they will get there delivery and communication on track!

Don't buy from them if you want good customer service or your order delivered on time. My experience was atrocious and I still haven't received my order.

I placed mine on November 29th and hoped it would arrive on time for Christmas (the delivery time was 6-12 days). Two unanswered emails and one FB query with no response later, I get an email on December 19th that the package has been created.

I rarely write reviews like this, but this one's a fully deserved exception. Hopefully my case will save someone else time and money.

Nous sommes le 19 décembre. J'ai passé une commande le 27 novembre pour recevoir les articles avant Noël. On vient de me dire que le paquet a été envoyé le 18 décembre donc il est certain que je ne les aurai pas à temps puisque je dois quitter mon domicile pour me rendre sur le lieu où je vais passer les fêtes. Lorsque je demandais des nouvelles de l'expédition, le service clients ne cessait de me dire qu'il ne savait pas où se trouvait le colis. Les produits sont de bonne qualité mais les prix me semblent surestimés et peinent à faire oublier l'incompétence du service clients.
