The designs are top tier creative and beautiful. I feel so cozy when I fill out a journal page. I even become impatient because I want to keep filling out more and more! I love holding my journals and tapping on the covers too. The pages are nice and thick, so I never have to worry about them becoming flimsy when I glue things or my pens and markers bleeding through

Notebooks arrived in perfect condition, great quality paper as promised! I wrote an email to the team to clarify address for shipment and they were very responsive and made sure to check in with me to see that I received the products okay! Would recommend and will buy again as gifts for my friends.

I reached out to customer service and they were very understanding and shipped a new order for me which took a short amount of time to arrive. El diseño y la calidad son impecables. Si quieres gastar tu dinero en otras libretas y probar suerte pero con notebook therapy es un acierto seguro son un poco caras pero merecen el precio ademas a mi 1 bullet journal me vale por 1 año lo que pasa que soy una compradora adicta y compro mas a lo largo del año porque me encantan sus diseños

Die Notebooks sind einfach wunderschön. Allein schon die Oberfläche der Einbände und das Papier sind ein Traum, besonders auch, wenn man mit Tinte schreiben möchte. Jedes einzelne der Bücher, die ich bisher bestellt habe, (7) ist eine wunderschöne Hülle für meine Erinnerungen geworden.

I'm quite impressed, the design and quality of the notebook are excellent, is right now the prettiest of all my notebooks.
The velvet touch of the cover is amazing, and the fox is really cute, I wish I could have it in Kraft paper, since it matches the cover more than the white, but it wasn't available in B5 sadly, even in white is a 10 out of 10.
Plus, for me, living in Japan, free delivery is a huge huge point, other brands would ask double the price of the notebook just for the delivery.

I ordered an item on the 15th of December. After about two weeks my item status didn’t move. Then the ETA was pushed to well after Christmas, so I asked to cancel. They waited days to respond, only replying after they finally shipped the item.

When it arrived, unopened, I asked for a return. After a week they sent me instructions, but the return address was fake according to USPS.

I emailed again. After another week they responded with “ok, we’ll refund you!” Great. I thought this nightmare was finally over. Nope. Nothing happened. I emailed weekly with no response.

A full month later they finally replied again and offered a 15% refund.

These guys are absolutely terrible. Avoid.

Most beautiful notebooks I have ever had!
