Love all your products. The stencils and the bullet journal I got are amazing.

I love the items from Notebook Therapy!! The paper in the notebooks is great and allow me to journal, scrapbook or even draw in them with no fear of the paper being able to withstand the media i want to use! Their designs are super cute and well made~ i keep coming back for more!

I enjoy using your stickers and stamps to add color to my notebooks. I miss seeing you Passport size travel notebook. It is always sold out. Are you bringing the Passport size notebook back.

Notebook Therapy has the most gorgeous notebooks I’ve ever seen, and I try and get everything that comes out on their website as soon as it is released. I especially, love the things that are gilded. The quality is bar none, and the ordering is fast and easy, and the prices are fair! I love all my Notebook Therapy bundles.

This is my favourite stationery shop, and the only one I ever order from now. I've bought around 3-4 of their journals, stamp sets, sticker sets, and washi tape sets, and I swear by them being the most gorgeous, high quality stationery out there (at least, for those who like whimsical stationery!). I've never had any issues with my orders, everything always arrives in perfect condition, it just takes a couple weeks to arrive from China. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend based on my own experience.

I placed an order - all items in stock and ready for despatch. Over a week later I receive an email saying one of the items is no longer available - I’m given the option to choose something else - no offer of a refund! I go on the site and behold - the said item is showing as in stock and ready to ship???? I’ve requested my order be cancelled and a full refund - still waiting for a reply. How can they be advertising items that are not available then once they have your money, try and get you to buy something else? Bit of a scam?

I ordered pencil cases that turn into pencil holders by pushing them down. They are a genius design, and work perfectly. I did order two colours, but got both in the same colour. I'm not that bothered, because they are fabulous.

Great quality journals, I am very pleased with my purchase! 120 GSM paper, no bleed through, it DOES take a while for some of my wetter fountain pen inks to dry, but if I'm cautious while using them it does fine. The journals are absolutely stunning and packaged beautifully. Overall my experience was five stars, it did take about 3 weeks for the journals to get to me which wasn't too bad... but there was minimal communication after my order was placed which was concerning. The first email I got after order confirmation was that my order had been shipped about 2 weeks after purchasing. I was very eager for them to arrive and so happy when they got there!

I absolutely love the Neko Cafe Cat design and had to buy more to expand my collection. Please design more cat products just like Neko Cafe and I will continue to buy! Quality of the products are fantastic! Thanks for bringing a smile to my face!

I have been shopping with Notebook Therapy for about five years and usually place at least two orders a year. I am always so impressed with everything I order. Everything is so beautiful, well thought out, and executed perfectly. Whenever I receive a package from NT it feels like I'm receiving a gift. I've never encountered any issues, never needed to contact customer service, and receive my items in a reasonable amount of time. Even with the prices going up due to tariffs, I don't hesitate to spend the extra money because I know I won't be disappointed.
