Contacted G4 after a non fault incident. We’re easy to deal with and very friendly.kept me up to date every step of the way. Also arranged me a courtesy car the very next day as my car wasn’t safe to drive, Would highly recommend.

When dealing with G4 from my initial call right through till my settlement was 1st class.
I predominantly dealt with Aldo, who's knowledge and advice throughout the process was seamless. He kept me up to date with the repair work and put my mind at rest that the car would be returned in showroom order... which it was.
I would not use any other claims company as my experience with G4 Claims was the way it should be and they were true to their word.

I would highly recommend g4 claims. After being involved in an accident and having no previous experience of this I didn't know where to start. G4 claims took all my stress and pressure away by taking over on my behalf, allowing me to rest and focus on my kids and myself. No stressing phoning insurance companies etc. They sorted everything for me very quickly. I had a hire car in less than 24 hours and nothing was a bother to them at all. I could contact them anytime with near enough immediate response. My car was a write off and I got more than I expected for my car. They've sorted physio and are there to help at the drop of a text. Professional and knowledgeable but down to earth and friendly. Nicole at g4 claims has been like a fairy god mother sorting every last detail. I can't thank them enough.

Excellent service from G4 Claims. Someone crashed into the back of me while I was stopped at the traffic’s lights. Couple of days later I ended up in pain with Whiplash.
G4 claims sorted everything for me, got a hire car while my car was getting checked, set me up with a lawyer who was also really good. Constantly got phone calls with updates.
Would definitely recommend them, plus it doesn’t affect my no claims etc

Had a great experience with G4 Claims. I got hit by a driver that wasn't my fault. Rather than pay a hefty excess and lose my no claims with my insurance company I was recommended to call G4. So glad I did. They sorted everything out for me, even sorted me a courtesy car so I wasn't car-less whilst I got my car fixed. Cherelle was fab throughout and answered all my silly questions and sorted everything for me! Thanks again!

Were really helpfull in the first instance. However there was some confusion in relation with the hire car company in respect of when the hire car was to be collected. Also the hire car company kept asking for information which was already provided.

Great experience. Maria dealt with my claim taking everything on board to reach a happy conclusion leaving me worry free to deal with my own work, knowing that my car was being taken care of.

No hassle fast response

Heard from them to start with but never got any updates, the lease company that I got a courtesy car from done nothing but badger me asking the same questions all the time about MY claim when in the first instance my car got hit and the person admitted liability straight away, I was made to feel that I was the guilty party, I sincerely wish that no one has to go through these steps again. All made to be very confusing and stressful.

A massive thanks to Nicole and the team at G4 for their expert customer service, attentiveness and advice over the past few weeks. My Mum and I appreciate all your help!
