I can only comment on the application process to be insured which was smooth and no issues. I can say that when I have questions about the policy I used the web chat portal and my questions answered quickly and clearly

Guarantor insurance as it should be
Easy to understand cover (unusual for insurance products) with a straight forward sign-up process. Price was pretty reasonable for the level of cover. Will definitely use again.

Hi, I am afraid that you have left your review on the wrong company page. We only provide cover for student tenancy guarantors, we don't provide health insurance.
A must for student guarantors
I was very nervous about becoming a guarantor for my son's rent whilst studying in London, especially when I realised that I could potentially be liable for any damages/rent arrears caused by his other flatmates (joint and several liability). I did some research and found this product from Guarantor Insure and it has eased most of my concerns. Easy to purchase and the terms and conditions of cover seem straightforward. I purchased the product last week so have no experience of making a claim. Its one of those things that one hopes is never needed, but reassuring to have nonetheless. A must for all parents/ student guarantors.

Save function needed on form progress
The online form filling would be better if progress could be saved, and if using the BACK function (to check I had entered everything correctly) did not delete all progress!
