Very happy with this service. Although they had a problem receiving my upload due to technical glitch on their system the team at Notarypublic24 did their best to make sure I got what I needed. Thank you Karl and Mellissa who assisted me.

I was facing a critical deadline to assist my nephew back in the states, while working in London. I had visited a notary in London but the offices were closed and I wasn't sure what to do next. Edit 2: The initial order was refunded. However, I had paid for the apostille separately (€80), and this has not been refunded yet. I wrote to them and sent the receipt of the extra €80, but it’s been more than a week and no answer. I’ve just written to them again. I’ll update when they answer.

Very good communication and fast service until they sent me the apostille from Sweden. How can Sweden legalise UK documents? I tried to get in touch with them, but they haven't answered so far. I am still hopeful. I'll update this review if they do. Do not use it!

Simple process, well organized and rapid response. Wouldn't use anyone else.

The certificate arrived with a complete different name. They gave mixed up passports, and miss filled the document. Half my name, half a stranger. Not recommended at all!!!! Avoid!

Fabulous service from Yolanda and Melissa. The response time is incredibly quick and they were very very helpful with all my questions and with help with the shipping. (The only slight drawback is that shipping of original docs is very expensive but this does not detract from the excellent overall service).
