Spent £140 on washing machine. Still waiting. Thought it was too good to be true, but still went ahead.

Luckily Bank reimbursed me.

We ordered a Beko tumble dryer a month ago, then informed delivery would be 17 days later. Checked by email and reassured by reply. But on the delivery date, with the tumble dryer showing in transit, it didn't arrive.
And hasn't since, in spite of sending more emails, attempts to phone (dud number) and invitation to use the (non-existent) chat function on the website.
This is a straightforward fraud.

Paid £164 for a Ninja Air Fryer in Aug 2025 and no sign of delivery as yet. No replies to emails, dead telephone number and other than an initial email confirming order placed, no correspondence from the company. Realised too late it's an Absolute Scam!! Do not buy anything from this seller, as it's a complete scam and THEY ARE FRAUDSTERS!!

Bloody bunch of scammers and getting away with it! My husband bought an Air fryer for my birthday which never arrived. No response to emails and never answer the phone!

This is a fake website. I ordered an air fryer from them and they told me delivery would take 15 days, but I still haven’t received anything. They use a fake delivery company to fool customers. Please be aware and don’t trust them.

This is a scam the payment is taken by ASCFL Richmond Upon Thames. (not Norexstore) ascflooring ltd I am persueing a legal action against this company to get my money back, but there have been no communications the whole time from either company and certainly no tumble dryer. I believe the 5 star reviews on trust pilot are frudulent, in order to raise the rating. I will let you know how I get on. I paid by American Express and so I hope they will assist me.

Ordered a airfryer which never arrived. Couldn’t get hold of the company. Luckily my bank refunded me and are looking into this.

Scam, never received the item its been 4 weeks now. Phone number doesnt work and no response to my emails. Ridiculous. Can't believe I've fallen for it and didnt check trust pilot.

Money gone from account and no product after 30 days.
Here we go...lengthy time consuming admin process to follow to recoup lost money.
The contact number is a dead one and there is no response from emails.

It has been over a month since I ordered Beko Dryer. I was informed I would get the item 23 9.25 NO SUCH LUCK. Tried to email the one in uk and the one in Thailand feed back could not recognise address. Tried ringing mobile number in UK went dead straight away. I am now inclined to agree with other reviews this is a scam and what pisses me off it looks like they are getting away with the scams. Maybe Google should investigate this site and see what they are up to. More money down the drain. More money in their pocket

I bought one washing machine from this online store but they don't delivered and when I try to contact its all fake numbers they provided. Be careful about this and don't buy anything from them.

Wish I would have looked at reviews off this company paid 150 for a tumble dryer 4 weeks ago and still not received and the track just says on way so got refund from bank, please avoid at all cost. ABSOLUTE SCAM

Ordered a Air Fryer and it didnt turn up, tried to contact them using the their contact details on the website. Phone number did not connect, got 3x email bounce backs. Had to seek a refund from my bank. Please avoid as a scam.
