ZERO STARS. Avoid at all costs. This company is a scam. They offer goods at prices too good to be true. Which it turns out is is! They say it's been dispatched to a delivery company with a 2 week wait, then after you contact them to find out where it is, they say they've had to cancel, but do not issue a refund nor do they reply to repeated emails asking for a refund. Furthermore, the phone number on the website does not work. Fortunately I was able to claim on my credit card.

Pay by credit card not debit. My bank Natwest got me the total amount for the tumble dryer .And always print correspondence .it helps speed's things up.

Don't buy - it's a scam website

We ordered an air fryer after repeated excuses they stopped replying to my emails. The registered company number does NOT belong to this company. Delivery is provided by a company called British Express another scam company although they exist. Do not be tempted to buy from them. I had to claim from my credit card company.

Out and Out scam. Don't get sucked in by the price, they will take your money, then tell you the item has been delayed, then ignore you totally. They are scammers.

I wouldn’t even give this company 1 star. DO NOT buy from them. Purchased a condenser dryer from these scammers only for the delivery date to be changed 3 times after waiting 5 weeks they stopped responding to my emails. Phone number does not exist. No dryer arrived but luckily I was issued a refund from my bank.

Orderd a dryer on the 4th September and still not received it.Have phoned and the line goes died ,have emailed and comes back no email,would never order from these again

Scam scam scam. Dont buy a single thing from them.

I have yet to recieve my tumble dryer or a refund. It has been months. They have quite litterally stolen money from me. Their business number doesn't work and they don't respond to emails.

Ordered tumbledryer 30th Aug advised 14-21 day delivery period advised 15th Sept, 17th Sept then 21st Sept still nothing item still showing as in transit. Emails to company being returned no response or update total fraud and bank details scammed with attempted addtional payments. WOULD NOT RECOMEND AS FRAUSTERS needs reporting to trading standards.

SCAMMERS - NO goods arrive.

I also ordered an air fryer in August 2025 - it did not arrive. Tracking number is with a firm which does not exist, they never answered emails and the phone number did not exist. After 30 days I applied for charge back which y credit card honoured. Scam firm- shame on them.

Looked up business on companies house and saw it was over a year old. Checked on Trustpilot that had it at 3.5 stars at that time. Checked two scam sites both said it was unlikely to be a scam. Then placed order. Received 3 emails O/A, Delivery and shipping company, Checked the shipping firm on companies house seemed legit. When delivery missed I sent an email, after 10 working days sent all the screen grabs taken when I checked c/house and trust pilot etc and the emails from Norxstore to my bank. Money back in my account the same day and bank pursuing Norxstore.

Don’t order payed with debit card took money and never gave me the washing machine or money back. SCUM BAGS

This is a fake website. The products you order don’t come and the delivery tracking is also fake. The contact numbers and emails do not get answered. Luckily our credit card company (Tesco) is fantastic and got our £122.00 back to us. I have now learnt if something looks too good to be true, then it probably is not genuine. Be warned…….

No answer to email about where my Oder was have waited over a month and still not heard anything. Tracking say on way and has done for 3 weeks. Absolute disgrace of a company

Total scam....clever though, when emailed in beginning to find out delivery date, replied promptly giving me a date and said would refund 10% of the cost when delivered.After supposed delivery date, emailed several times all ignored. On my bank statement payment comes under SHEEP.....says it all really !!! Hope Karma comes your way for scamming honest people !

Ordered a Ninja Airfryer in August 2025 and has never arrived. I initially read good reviews for this company on Trustpilot.
I sent an email to Norxstore and was told it would be delivered on 8th September. I’ve had no further correspondence from them since. Ignored all my emails and telephone number doesn’t ring. The invoice is for ASC Flooring which I thought was strange. I’ve reached out to my bank as paid by credit card.
