Efficient and courteous !
Our driver arrived ahead of time, invited us on the the bus at the appropriate hour, and drove us to our destination efficiently and courteously. After the play, she met us at the front door of the theater and drove us back to our cars.

Northfield Lines was ah-mazing!!!
Northfield Lines was AHHHH-MAZING! I hired them to drive a group of 18 foreign team members to and from one of our plant locations. The driver went above and beyond in communicating with me prior to, during and after the 36 hour trip. Thank you Pam and Daniel for making this seamless!

Our driver was 25 minutes late picking us up to take us to the church for our wedding. It made us late & rushed. Our driver also did not know where he was going- I did give all the information to the lady who set me up with the bus. We had to have someone sit up with him & direct.

Odpowiedź od Northfield Lines
Taylor,
Thank you for your review. We are embarrassed to even be replying. Your wedding is your big day & transportation is one thing you shouldn't have to worry about. Our driver was late and not prepared, and there is absolutely no excuse for that. We would like to talk with you about compensation for our error.
Very professional

From a tour operator
I have been the operator of TwinCitiesTours.com since 1995, during which time I have had opportunity to evaluate many local bus companies. Almost all of them are good to excellent; however, overall Northfield has become my first call as the quality of buses, drivers, billing, attention to detail, and overall service is five stars.
