We’ve set out to provide the best portable oxygen concentrators (POCs) on the market to give patients the confidence that they’ll have a 24/7 oxygen supply while at home or away. We use the latest technology available to deliver prescribed therapies however our best service is always provided live and in person. We are available 7 days a week. Lionel and I have both been served by…
Lionel and I have both been served by you for several years. Very little upkeep was required during the 5 years using the CPAPs. However since the switch over to BiPap Lionel has been successful with his. I have had little success with mine. Several attempts were made by you to resolve the issue. To this day I am still only getting at most 2 1/2 hours of use from the BiPap. Thank you for your assistance for this matter.
