Our move was great and experience was… fantastic
Our move was great and experience was great with Northern moving systems. They were very flexible with their days for us and were able to come on our desired days. Day of the move the team showed up at the time they said they would be there. The team was professional and courteous. The move went swift and all the items were packaged as if they were packing their own. It really made the transition into our new house a breeze! Highly recommend!

This company is troble and liers!
First of all I been promised to be relocated from one state to another for $2400, last minute I was charged $7600. No one ever pick up the phone, I been egnored all the way. The move was scheduled on 1/4/2026. They movers with truck showed up at 9 pm only on 1/5/2026 with the bill 3 times of what been promised!
I called during 4 days included day of expected service, no one cared or bothered to answer. What kind of service is that? After I put my review, next day I got a call to take it down, person promised to take care of me the same way I was already taken care of! Who can I trust? NOONE! At this time this review will stay and no one will take it down until I get my full reimbursement for what I overpaid! Plus full explanation why I was triple charged for the service wasn't performed on time!

That isn't true that i had more item that i stated. Actually I had less!!You had list of my items in your file, you put extra yourself. I had 1 recliner when you charged me for 2! I removed a few items from the list. If your employees will communicate with me non of that would of happened! Unfortunately I was left in the dark till 1/5/2026 by 9 pm. My moved was scheduled on 1/4/2026 during business hours which you felt to comply. Putting faults on my shoulder wouldn't resolve triple charge! Also count 1 item is 2 it isn't right! You took 1 China cabinet and 1 recliner. Yes you put them a places along with my bed, but this doesn't increase amount of item I provided. Day and time of move was you complete faults not mine. You sign contract with me and trow me to another company with another contract! That is your fault and you not going to put it on me! What happened with your phone as you never pick it up, that also my fault? No! It's yours only. I went through my list with your representative on 1/2/2026 we made sure that everything is there. He charged additional $450. Then I supposed to pay $800 at pick up and $800 at delivery. I been charged prior$1240! I was forced to sing new contract and pay $4100 at pick up and $2169 apon delivery. All of that your fault! Never blame it on me!
You asked me to call? I did waited for 20 minutes and no one pick up the phone. My time is valuable! So how about you call me and stop lieing. You add additional items behind my back, I didn't. I took some items off, as I transported them myself! You have my phone number, CALL ME TO RESOLVE THIS ISSUE! NEVER TRUST THIS COMPANY AND THEY WILL LIE TO YOU AND WILL TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU LAST MINUTE, JUST LIKE THEY DID THAT WITH ME! WORTHLEST COMPANY EVER!

According to the shipping affidavits, it appears that you included additional items in your shipment at the time of pickup. These extra items were not disclosed to us for cost estimation during the initial scheduling process. We take no pleasure in imposing extra volume charges on our customers, which is precisely why we conduct two in-house estimations prior to pickup. Nevertheless, despite these estimations, we were unable to provide an accurate quote due to the undisclosed additional items. We made you aware of the presence of these extra items and their associated costs during the pickup. You opted to proceed with shipping these additional items, fully acknowledging the extra costs involved. We have recalculated the charges outlined in the Interstate Bill of Lading to confirm their accuracy, and they are indeed correct. You were informed of the charges before we loaded the truck, and you agreed to them before subsequently filing this review. We have provided you with the shipping documents, enabling you to verify the total items shipped against the initial list you submitted. We did not compel you to sign a new contract. If extra items are added during the pickup process, a revised contract must be created in accordance with the Department of Transportation regulations. You had the option to adhere to the original estimate we provided based on the list of goods you submitted. However, you chose not to do so because you wished to ship everything. You accepted the revised contract at the total cost quoted to you prior to loading the truck. Although the additional charges were not due to our oversight, we remain committed to finding a satisfactory resolution with you. We kindly ask that you contact us so we can discuss a resolution. Thank you, and we look forward to your prompt response.

I have personally used this service multiple times, and have had a wonderful experiences! They company they've hired has been impeccable. They show up on time, they don't break things, and they maximize their time. I've used other companies in the past that have ruined $1000's of dollars worth of furniture, because they just didn't care. Northern protects everything and gets it there without a scratch.
