Realicé una compra online a principios de julio y no recibí mi pedido. No contestan ni el teléfono ni los correos que he enviado. Qué mala experiencia

Pedido nº 12365:
2 pares de alpargatas.
No han llegado.
La página no existe.
No contesta al email.

¡¡¡ ESTAFA !!!

Es un fraude, me han cobrado dos vestidos qué nunca han llegado y la página desde el correo me dice qué no existen , terrible

Realicé un pedido a finales de junio; el 1 de julio recibí un correo electrónico indicando que ya se había enviado, pero todavía no he recibido el pedido n.º 11317. He enviado varios correos que me han sido devueltos como «no entregados», por lo que no he obtenido ninguna respuesta de Norita 😡.

A día de hoy sigo sin tener noticias del pedido,no comprar en esta pagina

Es una estafa. No compréis. No envían el material, no devuelven el dinero y no hay forma de contactar con ellos, no contestan a los imeil, no contestan a los teléfonos, a los dos días ya me hicieron el cargo en la tarjeta.
Son unos CHORIZOS LADRONES H.P.

CUIDADO CON ESTÁ EMPRESA. SON UNOS LADRONES Y ESTAFADORES. Tienen mas páginas abiertas con el mismo sistema. Todo falso. No envían nada Y NO TE DEVUELVEN EL DINERO

Es una auténtica estafa. Ni mandan prenda alguna, ni devuelven el dinero, e imposible contactar con ellos. Por mi parte iniciaré la debida denuncia, pues en justicia así me asiste.

Buenos días, a mi me ha pasado lo mismo que a otros clientes que han escrito aquí como Ellis. Pedí 3 camisas que vi en la web y me enviaron unas que no tenían nada que ver, es más, son espantosas en cuanto a diseño y calidad, deben ser restos de los años 60. Cuando le escribo para solicitar la devolución me argumentan que por su política, en tiempos de Promociones, no aceptan devoluciones, vamos, un negocio redondo. Desaconsejo totalmente comprar a esta compañía... si se le puede llamar así.

I wish I had read Graham’s review of Norita before ordering a ‘cashmere’ sweater from them. It wasn’t cashmere had no labels was terrible quality. When I asked for a refund I was also told it was a sale item and couldn’t be returned. I explained the sweater wasn’t labelled and not 100%cashmere as advertised etc. I was then threatened numerous times by the company. I will be also reporting them. Avoid any interaction with these crooks.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS
I ordered a top via a Facebook advert and all seemed fine. It arrived but the top was faulty. I contacted Norita immediately for a refund and return. I was told the next day that this item was a sale item and was not able to return it. I have written 10 times and have now been ignored. NO where in sight is this explained when you order items. There is NO phone number to contact someone. I would avoid this company with all your might and I would pass this information onto your friends and family before you also get stung by this company. They are based Burt St Edmunds way so I will be visiting soon with my legal representative and I will also be contacting Watchdog as I am pretty sure I will not be the only person being scammed by this dodgy company - AVOID AT ALL COSTS

UPDATE:
Onlangs contact gehad met dit bedrijf. Netjes te woord gestaan en goed gehoord.
Ik denk vanuit hun reactie en het gebeurde, dat iemand deze website anders gebruikt dan bedoeld, of dat er sprake is van een ongezien storing, naast de feestdagendrukte.
Ondanks alle mindere dingen toch heel netjes te woord gestaan. Wat dat betreft een positieve ervaring.

Bestelling geplaatst, blijft op ontvangen staan, contactformulier wordt niet op gereageerd, genoemde emailadres op de site is niet in gebruik, meerdere vestigingsadressen, banknummer in Duitsland (metnideal bestelling betaald) leveringsdatum niet nageleefd zonder reactie en kennis, telefoonnummers kloppen niet (bel je een nummer terug hoor je van de andere kant dat dit wel door hackers zal zijn).

Kortom:
Opgelicht voor (voor mij vele) 60 euro, door een betrouwbaar lijkende site die zelfs niet op trustpilot bekend is.
