Initially I ordered the wrong size and customer service changed the order before despatch - impressed! Very pleased with my Norelie insoles. I can now wear my Dubarry boots again as my arches are now supported. I bought more insoles so I don't have to keep swapping them around other boots and shoes. I then recommended them to my daughter, who is ordering them.

I accidently ordered two knee massagers contacted Noralie help center within 15 minutes they sent me a refund absolutely amazing can not wait to try knee massager i have coming if its as good as the service its going to be amazing thank you Noralie so refreshing to deal with a company that puts the customer first well done.

I needed more support for my insteps after breaking my ankle in the summer. These insoles have been brilliant and I bought more so I could put them in my most used shoes.

I have had problems with Morton’s Neuroma on my feet and I was hoping Noreli inserts may help. Unfortunately they made my Neuroma worse, so I stopped using the Norelie inserts and requested a refund. I was told that I should try them for a longer period of time as I still had the 90 day return policy.
I continued to use them but they caused more flare ups. I ended up seeing a podiatrist who recommended £300 orthotics - which although expensive have helped.
I then proceeded to return my Norelie inserts and was told to save me returning them, I could keep them and they would send me complimentary Soothesocks. However what this really means is NO REFUND just another product.
When I stated I wanted a refund Noreli offered me a 30% refund and I could keep the product (which by this time I had thrown away). So I had no choice but to accept this 30% refund.
Beware if you are expecting to try these “Risk Free” you MAY NOT GET A FULL REFUND
UPDATE 29/12/24
Despite being assured someone would be in contact from Norelie and giving email and phone number - NO CONTACT has been made so far!!

Everything about their hassle-free returns policy is rubbish and doesn't exist!
"Our 100% 90-day money-back guarantee policy provides you with a risk-free experience using our products. If, after using our products, you find them unsatisfactory and ineffective in providing relief, we will promptly refund the full amount you paid."
The offer of 30%, 50% 60% or free product to the value off, or send back send back to the USA, at your cost, because they don’t have anywhere in the UK, funny how the product is stocked and delivered from the UK.
Update - £62.00 to send back to the USA..
Nothing short of unscrupulous, disingenuous, immoral means of trading.
Let’s see if I get the 60% of money back.

I ordered a pair of insoles on the 23rd of November after reading all these good reviews but have yet to receive them. Is this normal delivery time for this company?
UPDATE my insoles arrived this afternoon and they are really great.
Perhaps we need to go back to “Allow 28 days for delivery”?

Having purchased one pair of insoles to try them out I decided to take advantage of the Black Friday deal and buy 2 more pairs + one free. Unfortunately I made a mistake with the order and bought the wrong size.
However Norelie Customer Support were fantastic and sorted everything out for me and I am waiting on the correct size to be delivered.

Beware the website that says you can return for a full refund with no quibble. You will have to respond to multiple emails where they convince you to take increasing offers so you don’t have ‘the hassle’ of sending them back. If you do persevere they give you 60% refund and an address in the US to return them to at great expense. Avoid at all costs. A total scam

I received my insoles promptly and am very happy with the product. I've been wearing them for a couple of weeks now and can feel that my feet are well supported. I also have less pain in my toe joints afterwards. (I do a lot of walking and it was becoming painful both during the walks and at night). I hope these insoles will help long-term. Any new footwear purchased will have to be slightly larger as I have a high instep and I want to maintain the comfort level.

For quite a while I have been trying to find insoles to help alleviate pain along the top of my insteps caused by slightly fallen arches . None helped but the insoles bought from you brought instant relief z. No pain at all even after a long walk. ! Thank you so much . I will be ordering some more .

I placed an order 28893 November 1 and after long waiting time and exchange the emails and telephone calls with Norelie UK and the items finally arrived on November 13 and then I asked them to provide a full information to return theses items which are useless and unfortunately they are reluctant to provide information and since they not willing to refund the money and keep on offering me extra things to keep the items…
My experience dealing with Chinese business are excellent but no with Norelie
I truly believe that Norelie is a group of the con artists than a Business… Poor customer service and lack of communication… All I want is a full refund and they can keep items for themselves…Hopefully PayPal will accept my request and proceed with full refund

On placing an order I received an email saying that my order can be updated in the first 24 hours of placing it - but they are now saying it can't. Also the email it says to reply to doesn't allow replies! My change was 30 mins after placing the order - would have been sooner if their email had worked. I only wanted a bigger size to use in my running shoes. Not great service for a new customer!😡 Won't be recommending to all my running friends!
