Just getting started, can’t wait to see what comes next. The order process and status on delivery are informative and timely. The product, and their instruction materials, are sturdy and match the price value. The foam protection was a bit deformed from packing and didn’t reform to original shape. Minor issue. You feel like a community in the way they present their information. I am about to start the 90 day video series , which is priced fairly. With early use of the stretch stick it enhances free form stretching and is a complementary to tool to golf mobility stretch course I took, so great timing. I would recommend this product and can’t wait to see what ongoing benefits it brings.

I really never exercised much, found it too regimented, but the stick is so easy to use and really helps with my agility. I am 75 and moving so much better even though I haven’t finished all the routines. Thanks Nordic

I do love the Nordic stretch bar I call it. I’m 70 years old. I had a medication injury that caused tendinitis in my right adductor, extreme case of tendinitis and a little bit in my left adductor and my psoas was impaired and the muscles on the front of my body were too tight and on the back they were not strong enough. I needed some help so I got the Nordic stretch bar. I love it. I use it probably every day and it’s helped me greatly to get through this injury. I talked quite a bit with the Nordic people before I made the purchase because it’s 70 this is a little bit of money for a 70 year-old to put out but I needed the help Greatly and I’m sure I will continue to use this this bar through the next years to help stabilize myself while I’m doing different movements. I want to think this the staff there who took their time with me thank you so much for your help and anybody even thinking about a little bit do it it’s not like using a piece of wood to help your body that can pop it anytime and you could get injured worse. This is stable. It will support you and you’ll improve so do it for you. Take care.

The stick is sturdy and helps me get into positions I wouldn’t normally feel comfortable getting into or holding. The wrap feels a little less stable than I was thinking it would, and I would be surprised if it gets damaged with use, but it will be easy enough to fix. I also like the classes I purchased that help me find new ways to use it.

Really enjoying stretching with the Nordic Stretch. The bar allows for a much more dynamic natural stretch.

The product is good but it took a long time to arrive ( to UK) as despite its name it is manufactured in China and logistics are slow.
I had to buy the training programme ( it should really come as an integral part of the sale). Free training is rudimentary and pdf based.
There is no app to access the purchased training programme and it has to be accessed via the email link to an online site.
Overall , good sturdy product with poor services : poor delivery , no app and additional training costs.

Fantastic bit of kit, gentle ease into powerful releases of underused essential stretches for release. My Mobility has definitely increased since using this. It is so effective, fun, easy, timeless and a great addition to my health and well being. Genius invention very happy with results. A massive thank you for your product 5* X

7 August 2026 - Still no response from Nordic Stretch to my emails (with photos) to them that my stick broke after light use (which use was as per their manual). I have now sent them 6 emails and have not received any responses to my emails. The only response I have received from Nordic Stretch was when I posted a Trust Pilot review. The response stated that it was unacceptable that my stick broke and I should contact them by email as per their website, as it would be covered under warranty. This is the email address that I have used for my 6 emails. I will update this review if I receive an email response from Nordic Stretch and a replacement / refund.

The Nordic Stick has allowed me to get a deeper stretch by giving me more stability as I lower myself down. I have bad knees with alot of scar tissue and inflammation, so doing deep squat stretches are difficult. So I use the NS to stabilize myself as I get closer and closer to the floor. Where has this been my whole life?

Delivery took longer than expected, but now I have it the level of stretch I get is far better than without, I’ve had left shoulder issues for years but now my range of movement that side has improved. It has definitely reduced overall stiffness, I would recommend.

Has helped me get a simple start to moving again and being supported while getting closer to the ground while not straining.

I've been using Nordic Stretch for about 2-3 weeks now and overall it's been genuinely helpful. I've already noticed real benefits from incorporating it into my routine.

My one critique is that the instructions could be clearer on the different ways you can use it. Some more detailed tips or a quick reference guide would go a long way in helping users get full value out of the product.

Solid product that does the job, just wish it came with a bit more direction on how to use it to its full potential.

Get the mobility program. It’s the best way to start. I like the gradual progression.

Waiting now four weeks for delivery - Customer Service were delighted to tell me that after close to three weeks it had left country of origin - seriously 3 weeks later and it is leaves the warehouse. Will take another 3 weeks to get here from country of origin. Makes me wonder why I try to support smaller businesses rather than the Amazons etc of the world. Would have it now if bought through Amazon Prime (that's if they have it in stock - I didn't check). Customer Service told me they would give me a refund - not sure how much it would cost to return but guessing it would be not cheap - so in effect I loose $$$ if i return and basically have thrown away $$$. They need to be clearer that it takes 6 to 8 weeks for product to arrive but they wont do that as no one wants to wait that long. Marketing it as 5 to 8 days gets people to buy it when its 6 to 8 weeks for delivery so their website is a complete lie. If you want to wait 6 weeks for deliver then maybe it is worth it.

I’m happy with the Nordic Stretch. It took me a little while to get use to using the stick and figuring out which exercises work for me. It is different for someone over sixty then for a younger person.

Well built and designed product. Really does help increase mobility

I have bought the pole and the 90 day programme. I am not able to start the 90 day programme consistently until October but have taken out the reset and do this every day. It has been two weeks since I started just this minimal set of exercises and I have definitely noticed a difference in my stiffness level. I am 78 and work outside for long hours running my own business - I have been plagued with stiffness ... until now. Even with this minimal workout I can see a marked difference. I am keen to start the 90 day plan on October 1st when I know I can be consistent! I have recommended this to many of my guests...

As a senior wanting to insure increased mobility the Nordic Stretch seemed to accomplish the goal until I received the item. This is a Polish company with no USA presence. The shipping box in their ads is not what you receive. Thought that the box that was presented in their video and in the receipt of purchase was for storage when not in use but only received a small box with the disassembled sticks and a bubble package taped to the small box with the ends. Also ordered the travel bag which was not shipped and when contacted all I get is excuses without any resolution.

The Nordic Stretch pole has me doing stretches and exercises that I was reluctant to do prior to this. I don’t have to spend much time to feel I’m doing stretches that help a body that’s been sitting for far too long.
