The communication was excellent and the product is extremely well built and designed.

Unusually, given my experience of Facebook ads, this stick does exactly what it promises. I use it everyday now, and I've found it incredibly useful, either as a wake up routine or following hours sitting at a computer. The exercises are fun to do, and even though I've only been using the stick for a few weeks, I feel that it's already improving my ability.

Delivery was efficient and prompt. The equipment itself was very lightweight and very easy to put together. Have used it everyday since I have received it. It has helped regain mist of my flexibility considering most days I could be seated for at least 10 hrs for my job. So having this to use before and after work has been a blessing. Also the communication leasing up to and after I received it has been great.

I love the bar it makes a real difference I even took it with me on a short break to the Wirral a great finish after exercise

For the most part, I think this is a very good investment. When I first got it, I used it daily for about a week, even though I couldn’t quite figure out what I was doing because the documentation that came with it wasn’t great and I was missing photos. I find when I don’t use it for a couple of days. I can definitely tell the difference and stiffness. I only wish that there was more clear instructions and videos available when I purchased it. I feel like the content has started to get better, but that they sold the stick long before they had enough content to teach you how to use it. I ended up following YouTube videos for other products. Eventually, they started sending me emails about a 90 day program for an additional $25. I was annoyed by that too, but since I’ve already paid for the stick and I really wanted to know how to use it. I purchased the additional video program. I think this is a good product. I think it’s marketed heavily on social media, but it would be nice if they offered a better package or at least better instructions when you originally get the stick.

I’ve been using the mobility stick for about a month now. I ordered it after a long period of being overworked and stressed, and I felt it overwhelming to get back into my usual workout and stretching routine. The stick opened the way for me. The stretching routines given in the manual are simple and easy, but go surprisingly deep. I started out with an easy ten minutes a day, and by now I’m back to my old workout routine. Plus the stick. I’m looking forward to getting into the deeper stretches. Highly recommended.

The stick is well put together and the 4 pieces assemble flush together. It’s readily available for me to stretch and because it’s solid you know it will hold you in the positions you try. Happy so far just need to watch some more instruction videos to get more out of it.

An effective, easy to use, well designed tool that is helpful for improving joint mobility, especially shoulder range of motion post rotator cuff repair, and for assisting with balance during deep stretches.

I started using something similar with Shiva Reas "Danda" stick; which has similar purpose during yoga. The Nordic Stretch is more sturdy and I can really lean my body weight into it - which is nice. I also like the mobility of it (unscrewing them to transport)...

Quite impressed with this. Yes it’s just a stick and maybe you could make one yourself but it’s well made and sturdy. Have been using to complement my Pilates to try and get some mobility back lost from sitting at a desk for 30 years! Points to improve (1) you have to buy the online programme to make the most of it - usual practice and the programme is good but should be on an app. Finding the email link every time is a pain (2) shipping takes ages like 6 weeks or more from China. That isn’t clear when you buy. Overall good.

It’s solid and stable. The program, which I’ve just started, does actually seem reasonable the way they talk about it and how they’re gonna develop things. Still yet to be seen what happens as I go through it all but so far so good.

Still need to get into more flows with it, but it's been a fun addition for exercising and moving at home. Always great to move more, especially if you sit for work a lot.

This product really helps. The only hinderance to progress my commitment! Service from the company has been excellent. I would prefer the foam wrap surrounding the core to be firmer, but it is a minor issue.

The stick is very useful when stretching my 58year old body. I can stretch and pull myself back into a standing position using the stick for balance and strength of arms that my aging legs have failed to do for some time. One month of using the stick I can freely move where prior to getting it I failed. Being collapsible I can take it with me on my work away trips meaning I don’t loose out on my 15 minutes a day.
My only gripe is the Webb links sent never work and the tracing programs cannot be got unless I separately search for the web page and of course the 90 day program is not available without the non working link.
Knowing exercise routines I have made my own plan and it is working thanks to having the stick.

I love the bar, but I wish it came with more poses for stretching. It also unscrews on its own pretty easily.

Just started a week or so ago, but I can already tell that the stick is allowing me to stretch much more than without it. I am able to increase my range of motion, which is what I was hoping for
