The perfect frame.

I bough the rug for my kitchen and it looks simply beautiful.
The quality is high, and the decorative pattern is original and perfect, like a frame around my kitchen table.

Very finicky

Very fragile and finicky, for the price, not only should these be quality, but they should be durable. Not worth the risk.

Excellent quality rugs

Excellent quality rugs. Great pricing for the level of quality. The designs are bar none and customer service is excellent as well. I think we are on our 4th rug from Nordic Knots, and couldn't love them more!!!

Terrible Curtains

We ordered black out curtains, (The shade-sand) and we checked with their customer support before ordering to make sure all the details are correct. We wanted to make sure to order the right hooks, and we wanted a minimal pleated look, and mentioned we wanted single pleats. The customer service agent recommended single hooks, and on the product page, it looks beautifully single pleated. However what we received is a piece of plain fabric, and with single hooks, there is no pleated look, but it just looks plain. It looks extremely ugly, also the second layer of the curtain is not stitched, so it makes it very bulks and hard to open/close. When I checked the result with customer service again, they said it's 'exactly how it's supposed to look' and they advised me not to close the curtains to have a pleated look. It's a €1,5K joke! Their curtain prices are one of the highest in the market, yet they deliver a very poor quality product, with a terrible customer service. We're very disappointed, but at least we know we're not ordering anything else from Nordic Knots ever again.

Strong odor to wool braid rug

I ordered the braid rug in cream. After rolling it out, I immediately noticed the smell. After a few minutes,
the odor filled up my apartment. I emailed Nordic Knots and the solution they offered was:

“New wool rugs can sometimes have a strong scent…Air out the rug in a well-ventilated area… If the smell does not improve within a few weeks, please let us know.”

Smells like glue and dirty clothes.

Not excited to have something that smells this bad in my living room.

Terrible Service, Shocking Delvery, Nice product, fantastic marketing

Well they have just the loveliest marketing.....doesn't it all look great - ordered x2 bespoke big rugs to the.....fantastic marketing, they must have a huge budget - once you have ordered, there is literally zero comms - when you chase to hear if the £7k rugs are arriving you get an auto/robot response, then they miss the date, then it's FedEx's fault, then FedEx give you 7 hours notice that the rugs are arriving, but just one of two arrive, then you chase the 2nd rug and then between the lack of comms and zero responsibility between glossy nordic knots and auto email FedEx a week later the rug still hasn't arrived......seriously John Lewis do a better job.....brand and marketing definitely do not match reality

The worst delivery service (haven't been delivered in 1 month)

They delivery service deliveright will take forever to deliver (haven't been able to have a delivery date) since a month ago that I made the purchase, deliveright won't give you clear information and will be constantly changing the delivery date to their final consolidation dock. As of today haven't been helped by Nordic knots either.
Nordic Knots should be able to have the delivery date information to provide the right customer service since their delivery service has been making this purchase experience horrible
More than 1 month has gone by and can't be able to know what is happening with my rug and if I will receive it.

Love the color and design but omg they…

Love the color and design but omg they shed like crazy. Blocked my robot cleaner and my vacuum cleaner. Airpurifier indicates bad air even after few days. Also they are extremely slow in responding, i ordered expedited shipping 1-3 days but i arrived more than a week later. I got my expedite 200 back but still if i knew how much it sheds id ordered from somewhere else

Wrong order after avoidable delays by the company

Rug delayed in leaving the warehouse even though immediately available.

Fed Ex were not provided an address to deliver which delayed it.
Fed Ex then didn’t deliver on the days they agreed

Finally got it only to find they had sent me the wrong rug so have to go through this all over again.

Hugely disappointed with the multiple errors in my order from this company - not issuing when agreed incomplete address details and wrong order given the high ratings and experiences other people have had.

Nightmare of an order - very disappointing

The rug arrived with 2 weeks delay which made the purchase unusable for me. Customer services take ages to reply and overall extremely unhelpful. After another 2 weeks of chasing customer service they finally booked my return pick up only for FedEx not to reply. I am currently unable to book another return and have been waiting for another 5 days for a respond from Nordic Knots. Overall absolute logistical disaster, I ended up loosing days of waiting for deliver and collection which never showed up.
In addition, very disappointed with quality, the ends were uneven and looked like Rugvista rug. I had much higher expectations from the brand.

Extremely satisfied with the 10/10…

Extremely satisfied with the 10/10 customer service. Products have been great but we ordered the wrong weight/size and the Nordic Knots team was incredibly helpful at processing an exchange. Sandra provided some of the best service I have ever received. We will be reordering from Nordic Knots again.

Sold a defective rug and refused to take it back

Extremely disappointing experience with Nordic Knots.
I bought a very expensive jute rug that turned out to be defective - the edges were badly wavy, making it unsafe to use. My family kept tripping over it, so the rug was essentially unusable.
Customer service initially told me I could return it, then stalled for almost a month without providing a return label. After that, they suddenly refused the return, claiming their policy did not allow it. This policy was never mentioned at the time of me first contacting them, which makes me believe it must have been changed or applied after the fact.
Nordic Knots took no accountability for selling a defective product, offered no exchange (even if I offered to pay shipping myself), and ultimately stopped responding. I’m now stuck with an expensive rug I cannot use.
For a brand that markets itself as premium, this level of quality control and customer service is unacceptable.
