They just keep charging your credit card and send you some products which you have not ordered. No response from the support team, sent number of mails to email id but no response. No customer support telephone number. This is a fraud & scam

I would give 0 rating. I purchased this hair growth product after seeing their bold advertising claims and “money-back guarantee.” Unfortunately, the product did absolutely nothing for me, even after following all the instructions exactly. When I contacted customer service for a refund, they didn’t honour their guarantee and instead tried to push more discounted products on me.
This is extremely misleading and feels like a scam. If a company can’t stand behind its own promises, that says everything about the effectiveness of the product. I would not recommend this to anyone—save your money and look elsewhere.

For one they could have better instructions on how to use product. So lame make sure your head is dry h put on top your head rub in. After 5 days alternate.with peptides . . .after the day is thru can I wash my hair? Am I not suppose to wash my hair at all . Have customer service or care be available I had to search the web for you. Have a you tube video. I signed up for buying product that comes with a 14 day supply. They ask if I wanted a new letter subscriptions. Nathan billed me 4 more times for 288.00 now Im having problem with the refund. Nthe 120 days refund they didn't have or tell you what you need to do before you buy the product. It didn't work at all for me and I want all my money back. But they make you jump thru loops just to get it .SCAM.ANOTHER HAIR SCAM

I'm trying to cancel my subscription but the company won't respond. The website shows what the cancellation/return policy is, but there is no hyperlink to initiate a cancellation. I'm going to block them from charging my card. Buyer beware!!!

Bad experience! Once I bought the box of vials to try the product, they started withdrawing money from my account every month , I wrote them to stop taking money and I do need their products . They ignored my letters . I asked PAY PAL management to block them .

I only ordered one time box of their vials and never went on a subscription, now I recieved a second shipment which was never authorized or requested by me and have been trying to get these crooks to take it back with no luck total scam!! Beware, Do Not Buy.

I have been using the products for 5 months I stopped using menoxitine and caster oil thinking this product is better and I need to give it the best chance of working . Guess what ! My hair became worse than it was before . I am planning to cancel the subscription, I hope I would not face a problem in cancelling it

The glass files are so thick they are not ergonomic you have to smash them to open them shards of glass go in your hair, there is so little of the product
By the time you’ve smashed it and lost some as well it’s almost not worth it

Hi, I bought this product and couldn't open the glass vials which have to be broken at the top and they're very hard to break, especially hard with my arthritic fingers. They would not take them back because some vials were missing. I had to have my husband break them in order for me to use them. There were only four missing. I didn't want to rely on someone breaking them for me so I decided this wasn't for me and to return it which they wouldn't let me do. I consider this to be a very bad policy and a company that only wants your money so if you have a problem beware of not getting your money back. I do not recommend buying from them.

they told me they sent a package to make me wait, but when i recieveed the "package" there was just a blank piece of paper inside, nothing else.

The stem cell hair rejuvenation simply does not work. The company charges you for future shipments within about two weeks or receiving the first month's product. The shipment cannot be cancelled even though it takes three weeks to arrive. Customer service, if you can call it that, takes forever to respond. To claim a refund, you must ship the product, pictures and unused vials to China, a process that is expensive and time consuming. The product sounded promising, but it's a scam. AVOID.

I had an allergic reaction to the stem cell solution. I had to stop use after three days. The problem I have is trying to authorization to return the unopened product that I received from the subscription that I couldnt get cancelled in time. I get the same response everytime I contact. There is no one who will speak to you . also their guarantee and return policy stated on site is a hassle and I havent been able to get a return authorization. do not deal with this company.

Really lousy customer service and do NOT at all recommend buying this product. Ordered around mid June and regretting this ever since (and lost $500+). Up to now, the product has NOT been delivered to my address in Boston. Come on - give me a break (almost 2 months). Do NOT purchase anything from this company - I am sure it is a SCAM

Highly Disappointed – Refund Guarantee Not Honored

I had high hopes when I signed up for Nordic Biolabs’ “120-Day Guarantee” stem cell hair regeneration program. I followed the protocol meticulously, even extended my trial by an additional 60 days to give the product every opportunity to work. I documented my experience with regular photos and monitored my progress closely.

Unfortunately, not only did I see no positive results, but I actually noticed increased hair shedding during the course of the program. When I reached out to request the full refund that was advertised as part of their 120-day money-back guarantee, I was met with vague responses and was told it had to go through a “review team.” I asked for transparency around this review process—who they are, what criteria they use, and timelines—but received no reply.

I followed up twice for an update on my refund request and have been completely ignored since. The lack of response and accountability is extremely unprofessional and unacceptable.

Nordic Biolabs invests heavily in marketing their “scientifically backed” results and glowing testimonials. But when the product fails—and in my case, seemed to make things worse—they go silent and do not honor their own refund policy.

Consumers beware: this company’s guarantee appears to be nothing more than a sales tactic. Proceed with caution. My experience suggests this is more about marketing hype than actual science or customer care.

It is unfortunate to fall prey of companies that "attract" you with the guarantee enticement, to then leave you stranded with no protection. Another Chinese venture masking itself as a CA company but with zero customer support. Do not venture down this path.

There are many reasons to stay away from this product:
1. The Guarantee they "offer" means NOTHING because they do not stand behind it; so do not order thinking you are dealing with a company that values integrity because they do not care.
2. If you want to return the product for refund they make it nearly impossible (long dragged out emails, regurgitating the same non-sense until they give you a Chinese address to ship to at your own cost). Good luck.
3. I had a skin reaction immediately and not only they would not refund the first shipment but they sent 2 more charging me again though I stopped the subscription.
There is so much more to say but this should suffice for now to stir you far away from lousy marketers. If I could give it a zero stars, that would be my preference.

I wrote to the company to cancel the subscription. nobody answers except a robot named Hannah.. who did not acknowledge the problem and sent me the same letter over and over this company seems to be a scam run by robots.dangerous product aswell
