Absolutely avoid this fraudulent company at all costs. They ask for £1.95 for results and then proceed to try and take further payments of £39.95 within days. SCAMMERS!!!

Obviously fraudelent intentions from Nordicalab.
For 1,95€ onetime order they schedule unnoticed automatic payment 39,95€ with Paypal after 7-days which was not explicilty confirmed.

Durch die Einnahme fühlte ich mich schlapp, in einer Tour Durchfall. Eine Packung davon angebrochen der Rest unangebrochen und wollen mich mit 40% Rückerstattung abspeisen.

This company have taken £39. via PayPal ? no idea why? no email, no text, I paid £1.99 for some silly adhd test and now they are taking money.. not a clue what for.. if I had not checked my account I would not have known and they would have probably continued to take monies..

This company charged me for a subscription I never agreed to. I have no account with them and there is no way to check to see if they made one, no password or login help. That alone is a huge red flag, what am I getting with this suposed subscription.
I sent a letter to them quoting Oregon laws on these things and I received an email back that said they would get back to me in 30 minutes. That was 2 days ago.
I contacted PayPal, and they closed the case, saying that I had authorized this. I am not sure how they know that because a simple online search would show PayPal that the charge is a scam. This company is in the BBB scam watch. PayPal is allowing them to continue committing fraud and backing them up.

um die ich heute kämpfen muss, weil das Unternehmen nicht verstehen will, dass ich nicht bestellt habe.

Fraudulent company. I bought a medical alert bracelet from them when they were using another name (they use many) in February. I paid for it at the time but today they took £39.95 as a subscription charge I never agreed to. Both my bank and PayPal are saying I need to contact seller but, according to online reviews, very few get a refund from them.

I purchased the results of a test for £1.95 and was automatically subscribed to a £39.95/month subscription via PayPal without my consent.

This company is a scam. Do not under any circumstances buy anything from this company.

The test results were vague and completely unpersonalised based on the test answers.

Avoid at all costs.

SCAM SCAM SCAM - GOT $39.95 CHARGE OUT OF NOWHERE. NEVER ORDERED ANYTHING FROM THEM, NEVER RECIEVED ANYTHING FROM THEM. THEY SENT BS RESPONSES WHEN I EMAILED THEM. BEEN SUPER ANNOYING BUT FINALLY GOT A REFUND FROM PAYPAL. BEWARE.

leider muss ich hier ein Stern geben da es keine minus Sterne zu vergeben gibt, ansonsten wäre es min. 10 minus Sterne. Nordica Lab ist ein absoluter Betrug es werden wirkungslose Präparate teuer verkauft mit der Garantie bei Unzufriedenheit eine 100% Rückerstattung zu erhalten. Die Wahrheit sieht mal wieder anders aus, bei Unzufriedenheit wird mit dem Kunden solange hin und her geschrieben und eine Kostenpflichtige Warenrücksendung nach Holland verlangt; was die Kosten der Ware bereits übersteigt. Zum Schluss bekommt man dann ein Angebot von max.60% vom Kaufpreis der Rest ist weg. Somit machen die auch noch gewinn mit DER Drecksware.
Das Schlimmste ist, dass dehnen keiner das Handwerk legt die machen schön munter weiter und verwenden Fake berichte von Diätärzte und eine Seriosität zu erzeugen. ICH KANN NUR WARNEN FINGER WEG VON DIESER PRODUKTEN!!!!!!!

Scammers company, with fake adres, fake contact information

Do not purchase is a scam, once they charge you the “one time payment” of $1.95 they charge you$39.99 a week later and they refuse to issue refund as you “accepted terms” under the $1.95 purchase. They also use different name when charging you the second time.

Total scam avoid at all costs as cost is what you'll end up with and nothing in return. I've had to contact PayPal to warn them of this and stop any further payments from my account. Disgusting 🫣 behaviour from this company. I do not live in US and have no idea how they got my info and managed to fraudulently set up monthly payments to them
from my PayPal account. Just happened to check my account and noticed it. What on earth do you get for this. I'm disabled and blind in one eye and therefore don't use keyboard often so like to know how they got my info. Absolutely disgusting.

This is a fraud scam that you will pay $1.95 for an online test results and then they will try to extort a ridiculous subscription from your account. This is a SCAM.

I can tell you that the end of this nightmare seems far away and All of them are fraudsters who know how to play the game well.

Ein Stern ist zu viel! Absolut enttäuschende und aus meiner Sicht unseriöse Erfahrung.
Nach der Bestellung wurde über PayPal ein deutlich höherer Betrag abgebucht als ursprünglich erwartet. Ein Widerruf erfolgte wenige Minuten nach der Bestellung, trotzdem wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass eine Stornierung angeblich nicht mehr möglich sei. Stattdessen wurde nur eine Teilrückerstattung angeboten.
Die Kommunikation war ausweichend und wenig hilfreich. Auf berechtigte Anliegen wird nicht transparent eingegangen.
Zusätzlich entstehen erhebliche Zweifel an der Seriosität der beworbenen Produkte und der Werbung.
Ich kann diese Seite nach meiner Erfahrung nicht empfehlen und rate dringend davon ab!
