contents of email are very clear- once order is placed there is prompt communication and till the shipment is effected. No complaints once items ordered were received .
on the terms eg kiolware were not familiar to me - may be they have web help page where they give explanation for some of the philately terms

Great packaging and pricing. Service is generally very good. From one order I have had multiple shipments due to backorders and I am still missing items that I had paid for a couple of months ago.
