Physical book was purchased which was nice enough. Received a charge after the fact for the app which I did not use or authorise a subscription for. Refund request denied. Highly unethical tactic!

the book is good quality but I wouldn't call it very personalised. It didn't really show my birth chart. it's very generic, showing more about my star sign, but saying that, it shows every star sign? I'm not interested in others, just mine, which is what I paid for?
it also shows tarot readings and crystals....not really related to me either? I didn't realise I had"signed up" for a paid subscription

Ich habe nur ein Buch gekauft – kein Abo!
Ich muss hier leider eine sehr negative Erfahrung teilen und kann nur jeden warnen.
Ich habe im Januar ein personalisiertes Buch bei Nordastro bestellt, nachdem ich ständig Werbung dazu auf Instagram gesehen habe. Bezahlt habe ich knapp 52 € – einmal für das physische Buch und zusätzlich als eBook. Das eBook kam an, das Buch ebenfalls – alles gut. Für mich war das Thema damit erledigt. Dachte ich zumindest.
Vor ein paar Tagen ist mir dann eine Abbuchung auf meinem PayPal-Konto aufgefallen, die ich zunächst überhaupt nicht zuordnen konnte. Der Name des Empfängers klang eher nach irgendwas mit „Medical“, weshalb ich dachte, es hätte vielleicht mit einer Bestellung bei einer Online-Apotheke zu tun. Habe mir erstmal nichts dabei gedacht.
Bis dann die nächste Abbuchung kam. Und da wusste ich: Moment mal – ich habe definitiv nichts bestellt.
Nach wirklich langem Suchen und recherchieren habe ich herausgefunden, dass die Abbuchungen von Nordastro kommen. Ich war ehrlich gesagt komplett geschockt. Mir wurden seit Monaten einfach 30 € abgebucht – für ein Abo, das ich NICHT wissentlich gebucht habe!!!! Ich wollte nur ein Buch??
Und jetzt kommt der nächste Punkt: Kündigung. Absoluter Albtraum. Weder auf der Website noch in irgendeiner App gab es eine klare Möglichkeit, dieses Abo zu beenden. Stattdessen musste ich mir mühsam irgendwelche Kontaktdaten zusammensuchen, um dann per E-Mail zu kündigen. Das Ganze wirkt extrem intransparent und absichtlich kompliziert gemacht.
Ich bin wirklich kein unerfahrener Internetnutzer und lese mir normalerweise auch das Kleingedruckte durch – aber hier war das so versteckt, dass ich es schlichtweg nicht bemerkt habe.
Ich zahle also seit 3 Monaten 30 € für etwas, von dem ich nicht einmal weiß, was ich dafür bekomme und ich es nicht einmal WUSSTE?!?!
Ich fühle mich einfach maximal verarscht.
Fazit: Für mich wirkt das Ganze wie ein absolutes Scam-Modell mit versteckten Abo-Fallen. Passt bitte extrem auf und lasst im Zweifel die Finger davon – selbst wenn ihr denkt, ihr habt alles genau gelesen.
1 Stern ist hier noch zu viel.

Nice but wish there was more info
It's a wonderful book but I wish it went into more detail about the personal houses and what that meant. I feel like I got more information through a free birth chart than I did through here. I do like how it went into detail about crystals and the history of astrology though

If I could give 0 stars I would. I purchased a book and specifically opted out of all add ons and they still charged me a monthly fee. When I contacted them they refused a refund and were extremely unhelpful and rude. Beware of this company its a scam.
