I HATE HATE HATE all of extra stuff…
I HATE HATE HATE all of extra stuff being offered as add-ons after I order an item. It’s so annoying to get inundated with stuff that I don’t want and it’s honestly why I will quite often just cancel the order entirely… that I don’t cancel is a huge surprise because I find it to be duplicitous and dishonest and incredibly annoying, do much so that it 90% of the time ends with me filing a complaint and verbally dissuading my friends from ordering the items.

Beware: No book arrived. Only partial refund given!
If there is 0 star, ill give it a zero.
The book did not arrive. When asked for refund, was only given £22 back because there was an “ebook”. The e book contains a lot of general information, re crystals, description of each astrological signs etc. definitely not as described. The customer service is poor too. So many reasons why the book has not arrived- because I did not provide my delivery address. I paid through paypal and the address was also provided at the beginning. Anyway, there’s more but im not going to waste my time anymore.
