I purchased a book with the expectation…
I purchased a book with the expectation that it would be shipped to me, but I did not agree to a subscription. Nevertheless, I was charged for a subscription, which I did not possess, as evidenced by my lack of their app. When I looked into this matter, I was informed that their policy does not allow refunds for recurring subscriptions. Regrettably, I was not aware that I had subscribed to such a service. My intention was simply to buy a book, and I believe this practice is questionable. The ensuing discussion was somewhat frustrating, and while I acknowledge that it is a company, I feel that their actions were unfair and driven by greed.

This company says the world but doesn’t…
This company says the world but doesn’t know anything about providing customer support or service. I had flag an issue with providing the birth time within 12 hours and they said too bad it can’t be stopped or refunded when I filled out the survey it says my sign is Virgo when the book can it mentioned it’s Leo. When I questioned it they use because August 23rd is a cusp day between Leo and Virgo, your book was assigned to Leo since no birth time was provided during the quiz. funnily fact when I went online and did the same it was Virgo. Luckily I took a screenshot of the original details it was saying I was Virgo and was expecting but came as Leo. When I asked about it there was no helpful responsed but made me feel like the whole too bad too sad.. what service or practice this is for a business.. I had went with the whole upgrade etc.. and now it’s a useless paper weight..

It's a scam. The book is general and seems AI generated. It's also way shorter than I feel like is fair for the price.
The cherry on top is being charged for a subscription I know nothing about and obviously didn't use. Crazy.

I was very skeptic after reading the reviews and I was 100% sure I got scammed. But, here I am, 4 weeks after my order was placed, I picked up my book in the local post office. It looks as requested, I’m not sure if it’s 100% personalised, but it’s cool to have a constellation book with my name on.

It's a 'nice' book but nothing special…
It's a 'nice' book but nothing special or personalised other than a print of my name and what individual what my star sign is. There are pages -full length double pages of what planets and all the other signs mean- that's not personalised as have no interest in other signs. A lot can be found just on Google search, just with a fancy print out. Skipped a lot as don't want to read what Saturn means to Gemini or Libra etc
Update- the reply they sent has been deleted and just been replaced by this reply, the original said they understand this and working on feedback to make it more unique (even though that was the selling point to start with), and again, to the reply I'm not interested in why or how other star signs shape mine only interested in my own- hence your sales tactic and why I purchased the book. Any other readers don't forget to email them saying you don't want to be part of a subscription and keep the email of reply- luckily I did this after reading comments, also don't log into any app or online link sent this also automatically gives them access to a monthly subscription
